The medium is pretty large; it was sweet, but not overly so, and cold and refreshing. I enjoyed it. Service was good, prices are, well, smoothies always seem expensive to me, but not too bad. Also got an Asian chicken wrap. I didn't expect much, since it's not a food place. But it was pretty darn good. A little small, maybe, but a good size for a light lunch. Packed with tender chicken and fresh veggies, and with a nice gingery sauce. Held together well, very flavorful, nice balance of textures. I really liked it. I ordered their Avocado Turkey Wrap on a spinach tortilla with extra turkey meat and a Smooth Avocado smoothie. The wrap was great - no frills or new-age ingredient twists, just basic, solid toppings that are health conscious. I'll add that the lady working the counter was very polite. It has a lot of protein shakes with interesting flavors. The other choice is the flavored teas. It has a deal where it comes with both a protein shake and a tea for a combo. It's about $12 to get these in your choice of each. The price is pretty high for this. Herbalife powder is used in the shakes along with ice. The shakes and teas are pretty sugary. It's hard to say these are healthy. They certainly give you nutrients like protein. I like the Green Gusher. This is like green tea with Koolaid or something. It has shakes and teas that taste good. Maybe not healthy. This certainly is a better choice than the fast food around there.

The owner, Marissa, is very personable and very knowledgeable about her products, which are all healthy, filling, and delicious. Did I mention they're delicious? I had a Dulce De Leche chocolate shake. It was freaking delicious, and less than 300 calories. It had lots of protein powder in it, so it filled me up, too. I asked my wife if she was proud of me for being so good and making a healthy choice (i.e. eating a big, delicious milkshake). Yea, you can imagine her response... UA Nutrition is awesome.
