My daughter and I love coming here Monday afternoons after a day of working out at the park. My favorite is the Activator Strawberry Blueberry and my daughter's favorite is Li'l Angel. They are quick in the drive thru and I've never had any issues with this location. Close, convenient, and clean. read more

I am very very upset I got a smoothie bowl and these people get it wrong I didn't know they got it wrong until I left so when I go back to tell them they say that I already ate out of it and "I can only give you half off" I asked for a go go goji for some reason that slow dumb bald headed women puts in the computer "berry goji getaway" so I thought I had the right bowl and I didn't so I attempted to scoop out the coconut and I still didn't like it so I go back and they say "you ate out of it already" and I try to explain that I didn't eat out of it but THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE THAT I SAID THAT AND REPEAT THE SAME THING THAT I "ate out of it" it's not my fault that they heard wrong and then lied and said they confirmed with me knowing they didn't. read more

This location is horrible. I've been coming righteously for about 6 months now and I have never had a good experience. acceptable maybe but never good. The wait time is either exceptionally long, my orders were completely wrong or customer service was noteworthy of a bad review. Either way... today is the day that im going to stop coming here. I waited 15 mins with one car ahead of me and when I received my order... it was wrong. I did not notice until I was on my way to work. Thing is I even paid extra for probiotics and protein. I get my smoothie fixes from here at least 3-4 times a week. Smoothies aren't always on point but they're always helpful and willing to remake your smoothie the right way. Although a bit overpriced for my liking but they're well worth it when you're on the go! Shoutout to the manager there for holding it down! She knows who she is! read more

I had ordered a online delivery for the first time from this location. I've ordered before and picked up, however this time I got it delivered and it was not what I asked for. The vanilla hulk I requested tasted like something totally different. I had also asked for banana chips which I failed to receive. Came to this location because I wanted a drink after I worked out it was two cars in front of me and I was in line at least 15-20 minutes. I seen them give a drink to the car in front of me then the car gave it back I'm guessing the wrong drink. There was another car behind me that blew because they were taking too long so once the car in front of me got their drink and drove off fast.. I pulled up I seen that drink sitting there and I asked was that my drink that you gave the other car and he said yes but we re made it and I asked did you guys make it over and he said yes I said are you sure he said yes so I paid then he went to the other side I'm assuming to the front to make my drink over. If I did not say anything I'm sure he would have gave me that same drink that he gave the other car. But when he came back he gave me a bigger drink then I ordered. Menu is a little overwhelming; lots of choices and variety. I've been twice and I'm still a little lost. The helpful woman at the register was very helpful. They also sell a lot of vitamins and other health items as well as cups. The smoothie was well blended and flavorful. I look forward to going back and trying more smoothies. read more

I went through the drive-thru and it was nearly impossible to hear the attendant through the speaker. I had to shut off my car and my engine is not loud at all. Even then it was still difficult to hear him. That was a bit frustrating. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie (he called it by an official name but I couldn't make out what he said -- just looked it up and it was Angel Food? omg there's soy protein and stuff in it) and that came out pretty quickly. That part of it was nice because I was craving one so badly. I left the mall without my Frullati smoothie fix. This is only my second time at a Smoothie King and my first time at this location. I still prefer Frullati smoothies (shame they don't have standalone locations) because I always found Smoothie King smoothies to have weird aftertastes. Now that I see what's actually in the smoothies, I suppose the weird taste comes from the protein powder. Hopefully I remember to ask them to keep that out next time. read more

I'm pissssssssssed. She needs to be FIRED. Darker skinned black girl with black frame glasses took our order through the drive-thru, and obviously was not LISTENING. I ordered mango kale w/ strawberries and two enhancers. My boyfriend ordered pineapple spinach with an enhancer. When we finally get to the window she asks "what did you order" like WHAT? Did you not take the order? Is there NOT a order system to keep track of orders? Don't YOU work here? I've worked in fast food/food period and understand it can get hectic but completely ignoring the customer who PAID $16 for two freaking smoothies is absurd. The dumb broad took our order once again made SURE TO TAKE PAYMENT and didn't come back for another 15 FREAKING MINUTES with our drinks which were what? THE SAME DAMN DRINK. We were charged for two separate kind of drinks YET she made the SAME drink. And when we asked WHICH WAS WHICH BECAUSE IT WAS OBVIOUS BASED OFF THE COLOR THEY WERE THE SAME DRINK SHE FREAKING SAID "UH" how do you NOT know which smoothie is WHICH........... I will NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason I came to this location was because the light skinned black girl with the box braids was absolutely sweet and her blending + accuracy for order was always on POINT! This smoothie king is always a hit or miss, most of the time a miss. The wait time is always extremely long whether waiting in the drive thru or ordering inside. They really need a more efficient way of cutting that time down or get adequate staffing but to be honest it doesn't matter how many people are in line whether in store or drive thru they literally take 30 minutes to make one smoothie. I get the same smoothie every time and the consistency is always different either extremely loose and watery or too thick and grainy. It's rarely a time when it's just right. I went today and was told there were 10 smoothies ahead of mine, of course I left. That's unacceptable this location just sucks. read more

Best smoothies! The prices are creeping up, but these are the healthiest smoothies out there. I love the idea of enhancing a treat with protein, I also love that, in the kitchen, there are tubs of fresh fruit. Seeing real, unprocessed food in a restaurant is a rarity. I have come to this location a few times, I've always gotten good customer service, but this last experience has me looking at smoothie king differently. I have been keeping up with my protein intake daily, so it is really important to me to know how much protein is in a particular item that I'm eating or drinking and sad to say that no one in the store knew how much protein was in the" high protein" original smoothie. The lady was polite but I also feel like they just guessed a number. It is always best to say either you don't know or you would try to find out other than that everything was okay. I do believe to get more customers who are health conscious to go to Smoothie King that is extremely important to get the nutrition facts. read more
