My husband's catastrophe team was activated to help with storm damage from Hurricane Helene. He ordered a smoothie online at 8:20 and got there at 8:40 to pick it up. The staff refused to make the smoothie. They told him he would have to pick it ip tomorrow. He asked for a refund, which the also claimed they couldn't do. It was only $15, but that isn't the point. He chose a smoothie because he was too tired to even eat after a 13 hour work day. Your management and staff should be ashamed. read more

I must say I truly enjoyed the outstanding customer service at the Thomasville, Ga Smoothie King! The establishment was packed when I entered and I was debating whether to wait or leave. One of the staff members quickly greeted me with a smile & stated "We'll be right with you sir." I was in and out of Smoothie King with-in six minutes and there was over seven people ahead of me. Visited few minutes ago. Need more help!! Service very slow. I end up leaving, 3 people ahead of me while few other people walked in. Not sure who left after I left. If you want to find the worst customer service in Thomasville, then please visit this Smoothie King. The ladies that work there could care less about answering any questions you have. They are all so passive aggressive and just plain rude. As I stood up because no chairs were available, 3 school aged kids were sitting in the waiting area going in and out the door, I soon realized that one of them belonged to the cashier. 3-4 customers entered after me and not one of us were every greeted or even made eye contact with. They must have all trained each other because all of them have the same nasty attitude. My wish is that another location opens up ASAP! read more

Fast service and pleasant staff. I ordered the strawberry kiwi breeze and it was made to perfection. I was a little reluctant to order from this location because of the reviews I'd read, but my experience was a good one and when I'm in town again I will surely visit more. read more

I live in Thomasville,Ga at 9/29/2019,7:45pm when I arrived store all the lights were on..store closes at 8:00 p.m. the attendant was in the store and ignored us. would not open the door we called and no one answered the phone very disappointed at this establishment and the customer service.. Took 20-25 minutes to get two smoothies and when they gave my wife her smoothie it wasn't even what she ordered. The two team members they had working could've cared less to be there. Didn't ask for them to re-make the smoothie because we would've waited another 15-20 minutes. Not coming back. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was visiting Thomasvillle and decided to stop at Smoothie King before heading back home. I ordered on the app and they had the option for curbside pickup listed. I had my 4 year old and 6 month old in the car. Since there is a pandemic I always choose curbside when I have my small kids with me.I paid on the app prior to me getting there. Once I arrived I tried calling to let the cashier know I was there. The phone was off the hook. I tried calling at least 15 times in hopes that she had placed the phone on the hook. After being unsuccessful I saw 2 ladies about to walk into the store. I asked them if they would tell the associate that the phone is off the hook and someone outside is trying to reach her. I saw them through the glass tell her and she returned to them a question and they shrugged their shoulders. After maybe 5 minutes, she still did not put the phone in the hook. I waited until there was only one customer in the store , parked right in front of the door then went to the door. I stayed in the doorway because my kids were in the car. I said excuse me to the cashier who was standing at the register. I told her I was picking up a curbside order. She said we don't do curbside but your smoothie is on the counter. I told her my kids were in the car and asked if she could just bring it to the doorway. She said I would have to wait and said that it is right there on the counter again. I told her again my kids are in the car and I am not letting the door close behind me. There was no one at the cash register where she was standing and only one other customer inside whom I saw she had already fixed their smoothie but it was in the blender . I waited and looked at her doing nothing when it would have taken less than 30 sec for her to bring my drink.I could tell she did not want to bri g my drink over. She was very passive aggressive. It wasn't until I told her how horrible her customer service was and that I wanted a refund that she walked my smoothie over to the door. It was not my fault that they still had curbside as an option on their website. I called corporate because I was so disappointed in the service I received. They said they would contact the owner/manager whom I have yet to hear from which is why I am posting this review almost 5 weeks later. This smoothie king has lost a customer. read more

Stopped in after leaving the gym for an after workout treat. Cashier was very informative and knew the products. Ordered a smoothie and she had it waiting at the end of the counter before I knew it. Smoothie was perfect and I will definitely be stopping in from now on after working out! read more
