We used to call insurance companies to get quote but it's so much easier to talk to insurances…read morebroker. And I don't like to do it online or over the phone. Insurance broker is one stop shop for all of insurance you need. I would love to give Alec 10 stars. He is young, full of knowledge and experiences. He is very detailed and patience. He spent over an hour with us going through all of pricing and different type of coverage for each of the categories like auto, home, pet, accidental, critical illness and life insurance. Compared all of the prices out there to what we're currently have. It turned out to be we have very good coverage and good prices. He didn't try to change our mind to go with his quote. Not trying to sell us anything. The best part he gives us his personal opinion about what he would change or add if he were to have our policies because we have double coverage on some of them. I can go on and on about how wonderful and honest Alec is but it will be too long. Please everyone, if you need to check for new policies set up an appointment with Alec either in person or over the phone. We prefer in person because we can see the monitor screens, we can see all the details right in front of our eyes. ( he had 4 monitors) I think you guys will thank me for recommending All Kinds of Insurance. She asked all the right questions, helped me understand the different health coverage options, explained what each one meant in simple terms, and handled the entire application process with ease. We were able to complete everything in under 45 minutes! What I appreciate the most is that Melody made sure nothing was left to guesswork. I had roadside insurance and homeowners (renter's insurance) with this company since 2015. Then all…read moreof a sudden get a letter about renter's insurance problem. Clean it or get canceled. Apparently my renters in my house are NOT allowed to have ANYTHING in the yard. We were told it all had to be removed. The man does landscaping for a living. His riding mowers, trash cans, tree branches, work tools, washing machine on patio outside, (his work clothes are washed in this machine) all had to go. We worked 4 weeks nonstop removing 90% of the debrie. Sent them pictures, bills for cleanup, everything AAA asked, we did, and we were still canceled. And as for Roadside Service. We had a blowout on our trailer coming home from a Camping trip from Ely Nevada. Called AAA for help. The recording on the phone said, leave your number and location where you are. Someone will call you back a.s.a.p. We waited 1 hour NO CALL. A highway patrol happened to come by and stopped to help us. We changed our own tire in the middle of the desert, 90 degree weather. We made it home. Then 2 days later AAA called to see where we were located to send help. We have asked for AAA discounts for various companies, NO Discounts. So do I recommend AAA, NO, NOT AT ALL. We canceled AAA roadside assistance and our renters insurance 1 or 2 days before they could cancel us. They were pretty much worthless to us. We have filed a complaint with the Nevada Insurance Commissioner. I feel we were treated so badly and so unfairly. Never again will we use AAA or recommend them. Not happy at all.

Sophia was very helpful during the car shopping process. She was friendly, patient, and gave me solid advice about which car makes/models to avoid due to theft concerns. Her service was excellent and helped me feel confident in my decision. However, when I called to add my mother and switch my old car to the new one I leased, Maria handled the call. She sent me a temporary insurance card with my mother's name, but she didn't update the system to replace my old vehicle. A week later, I found out at the dealership that my new lease wasn't insured. Because of this, Honda added an extra $30 to my lease, which will cost me $1,080 over the next three years -- all due to Maria's mistake. I contacted the State Farm afterhours support team that same day, and they confirmed my new lease was not insured. They informed me that Maria never made the change and said they would leave an urgent message for my agency. Despite this, I never received a follow-up call from either Maria or the agency. When I finally contacted Maria again, she denied responsibility and blamed me, even though Honda was on the line during our original call. There was no apology, and she showed no urgency in fixing the situation. This is the second issue I've had with this agent, and it's frustrating considering my long-standing relationship with State Farm. While Sophia provided excellent service, Maria's mishandling of my policy has eroded my trust, and I'm now shopping for new insurance.

No issues at all with this coverage. (Especially when you consider that very few insurance companies cover older homes, fifteen years ago, it was $1400/year, and that home was built in the 1950s. This was a different insurance company.) On the Auto, for six months, when we moved to this zip code, our Premium went up due to our Zip Code. The explanation was that there are more expensive cars in this zip code, which would require expensive parts, in the event of an accident. On the driving app, it takes the data received to formulate a "discount." On the hard brakes, this would be done, in order to prevent an accident from happening. It's unfortunate that as the Driver, this isn't taken into account. On the 215 Freeway, people drive either too fast or too slow, there is no "in between". I am going to drive defensively. I am going to drive in order to prevent an accident; that is first and foremost. Yes, I am saying that there are flaws to this system.
