This has to be my worst experience ever at any airport. I been waiting ten minutes to pick up a car for rental at Hertz. The front desk have any idea where she went and no way to get in contact with her. No telephone number or walkie talkie NOTHING.... THE DESK PERSONNEL is three individuals joking playing around.
