The current pastor, Josh Robertson, is an amazing speaker. He's young, so he really connects with the younger people. This church has an amazing children's ministry class for grades K-6, with a preschool class AND a youth group for teens 7-12 grade! The youth group here is absolutely wonderful! The youth pastors, Kyle and Rachel Muegge, really connect and make good friends with the teens. The Children's Bible Quiz team is OUTSTANDING! We normally take 1st every quiz. We have a growing church, and would love to have more people attend!

When you glimpse it from afar, you can't help but become curious to know what it is and see inside. North Christian Church is just another structure that makes Columbus, IN such an architectural icon. The building was designed in 1964 by Finnish-American architect Eero Saarinen. It's shaped like a hexagon, with the sanctuary right in the middle. This results in the sanctuary having an insanely geometric and fascinating ceiling structure. You must go inside and take a look for yourself!

This building is right up there with Dulles Airport, TWA at JFK ,and the Gateway arch. If Saarinen had lived to a ripe old age he would likely have eclipsed F L Wright as the iconic architect of the 20th century. This one building makes a visit to Columbus worthwhile. While many big name 20th century architects have buildings in town, with the exception of Saarinen's dad's 1942 church downtown, they are not great buildings....this is.

Our church is growing, however it is still the perfect size because you are always able to see a familiar face and recognize someone making you feel less uncomfortable and much more at home. We also have 2 children and our oldest who is 2 absolutely loves his class. There is never any tears and we could not be happier with our choice!

I did the religious thing, I was raised Catholic. I have learned more about Jesus and our God here than I ever did the years attending Catholic school where I was taught religion, not how our God loves us and sent his only son to die on a cross for us. Amazing place teaching amazing grace.
