This ski area is amazing because it's right by the Italian border so you can cover the French ski…read morearea and then add the Italian side to your ski pass and move over to that side. You got several mountains with slopes. The area is set up that you can ski to the door of your resort or hotel which is super convenient. We opted for one of those and it was a great decision. Ski passes were about 40 euro per day for the complete area for 6 days including insurance. You pay that for a day in a Colorado resort. I don't ski in the United States anymore because it's so expensive and not even as good as any place in Europe. I have been to pretty much anywhere in France, Austria, Switzerland, Italy and Bulgaria to ski so I know what good skiing is and it's not in overpriced America! Montgenevre is not your party town like tignes, Val thorens etc but small, more quiet and more family friendly. Also very dog friendly.
