So called them at 9am when manage came in, the girl said he hasn't showed up yet...call back at 9:30... so I just called 9:32am and he tell me WE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED SO NO WE DONT DO REFUNDS AND TALK TO YOUR BANK ABOUT ALL THE FEES. Seriously!!! I said so I'm shit out a luck, he was like well if you want to put it that way YES!!! WOW RIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS.....THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! This is my favorite gym in the area. It's very clean and the people who work out there are very…read morefriendly. There are not a lot of kids just sitting around on equipment , it's more adult oriented . I love their Fit for Life program which is open to members and non-members. It's a great way to see how you like the gym and kick off your weight loss. The locker rooms are clean . They have a lot of classes such as Yoga, cycling , Pilates etc. The staff is very friendly and welcoming .

Recuperating from emergency surgery required me to have physical therapy. Because this office is…read morethe closest to my home, I selected Synergy. I asked three times whether they accepted my insurance. Each time, I was assured they did. 1st appointment, the receptionist took a photo of my insurance card. After two appointments, that same receptionist informed me that the PT office did not accept my insurance (yes, I paid the co-pay). Just received a bill for the balance, despite my efforts to ascertain my treatments were covered. Their mistake caused me to have to wait an additional 3 weeks before I could get into another office, setting my recovery back significantly. Look elsewhere for your PT. Would give them a zero rating if I could.
