A lot cheaper than the airport and they valet your car for you. Upon arriving we took our luggage out of our car and someone loaded it up into the van. The information from our reservation was copied down by hand and we were off to the airport in just a few minutes. Upon returning to Newark we didn't need to call because someone else happened to be getting in the van and we were able to grab it before it left. The driver radio'd back to the garage to get our car ready. Unfortunately, it took another 15 minutes or so upon arriving at the garage for them to bring the car around. That was partially our fault since they didn't have as much advance notice as they normally would. But they appeared to have run it through the car wash at no additional charge, so that was nice. Didn't notice any damage and they did what they were supposed to do. Would use them again. read more

The drop off and pick up were fine and easy. Car wash good on the outside, lousy on the inside so don't go for that option. -1 star. The other deduction is for giving our car key to the rude customer in front us who stupidly left with it, took his sweet time bringing it back and didn't even acknowledge us when he returned. The woman at the desk was polite and did what she could and comped us for the not great car wash. That customer? Just a pig. The prices here were very fair, and cheaper than the parking lot at the airport! The facility itself looked nice and secure, and the employees were very professional. Found on Google with consistent good reviews so gave it a try for our week long trip to the west coast. Our departing flight out of EWR was @ 6:30p on Fri June 19 so I figured it would be crazy hectic with schools being out and everyone getting outta Dodge not to mention it was the weekend. We found the well marked building per the website instructions as it was true our GPS would have led us in longer route. We pulled right into the lot which only had three other cars that had just pulled in. Like another review, there was no attendant outside but we felt safe as the entire lot was surrounded by iron gates with automatic front sliding front gate. The cars are kept in covered tower lot! Bonus!! I parked under the car port that was right in front of the office, and went in to check-in while my family unloaded our luggage. I had purchased a Groupon for %50 for five days and the remaining days at regular rate (excellent deal) so it wound up to be $88.69 for 8 days (that's total with the 8% airport tax and 7% municipal tax). Still a great deal compared to $140 quoted at airport parking. Check-in was fairly quick, they took my keys and a van was right there available to take us to terminal. The ride was typical shuttle van ride - van clean and comfy. It took us under 20mins to get there considering the Friday traffic. Driver was friendly and courteous and professionally dressed. We flew back late on the following Sat landing ~9p in a rainy Newark night. I called SNAP for pickup while waiting @ baggage claim but the girl on the phone stated to call back when we actually had our bags in possession so the driver wouldn't have to wait if there was a delay - it was a professional request and rightfully so as our bags were delayed almost half an hour! After retrieving the bags, we called and went directly to pickup location on the median right outside baggage claims (as clearly instructed on their claim ticket) and within five minutes SNAP van appeared. So quick so we didn't get soaked waiting! It was only our family of five and another couple in the clean van and we were quickly brought back to the gated lot and our car was right there waiting for us under the car port, out of the rain.The car was locked (I would expect it to be) so I went inside, gave them my claim ticket, and within five mins I had a receipt and my keys returned to me. Car was intact and actually looked clean! We didn't pay for any extra cleaning while away (a service they offered). There was a very nice gentleman that helped get our luggage out of the pick-up van and was very attentive in directing us out of the lot and to the exit. OVERALL REVIEW: EXCELLENT experience as I didn't know what positive things to expect from really it was a valet experience in Newark. The area the lot is in is on outskirts of Newark close to airport so expect to see urban surroundings but the lot was a professionally run business and employees were courteous, extremely prompt, and friendly. Update: Still pretty "meh" on this place. The manager never returned my husband's call but sent me an e-mail explaining that my car had to be jump started. The story doesn't make any sense (why would my clock have read 1:something if it was jumped mere minutes before I picked it up?) Also suspicious because my car battery has never died in cold weather, and it's been through extremes (from the desert to PA!) At least I received a response and there appears to be no foul play. Original review: DO NOT PARK HERE! I picked up my car yesterday and noticed that the clock had been reset and the hood was not closed all the way. My car didn't do this by itself, which means someone at SNAP Parking had dug around enough to disconnect the battery. The only service I had asked for was a wash, which clearly wasn't done because my car was covered in salt that had not been there when I dropped it off. My husband is going to check to see if anything was removed from the car and I will update once we talk to the parking lot manager. If you like your car, skip this place. We usually park at the Renaissance (cheap) or Value Parking (valet) and have had no problems there. read more

I was quite pleased with this service!!! Easy to set up reservation online, clear instructions, lots of support. When we arrived groggy after long travels, it was wonderful to have a service that got us to our car without missing a beat. Easy accessibility from highway is a plus - we did not have to drive down into congested area near the airport. The driving staff was professional, clean, consistent. The dispatcher was kind and patient when I called for reminder of instructions that were already clearly printed on my ticket. The friendly banter of employees at office was an indicator this is a good company. This is the only service I will even consider in the future when parking for Newark. read more

They hit my car and I only noticed this morning in the daylight, as I picked up my car late last evening and they are denying it happened on their lot although the car was inspected upon arrival and the damage wasn't there. The manager's policy seems to be deny, deny, deny but there was no other location it would have happened as I drove straight home. If you decide to park here, don't rely on a previous good experience and thoroughly check your vehicle before leaving the lot otherwise you won't have any recourse. read more

My experience with SNAP was painful. Late pickup and hidden fees. I used SNAP over my 4 day thanksgiving weekend based off the yelp reviews. Everything during my check-in process was smooth and I got dropped off right in front of my terminal. The real pain started when I got back. I tried calling them to come and pick me up from the terminal and all I got was a busy signal. 15 minutes later I waved down a SNAP driver as he drove by. When I got back to the parking garage my car hadn't been taken out and they brought someone else's car instead. 10 minutes later my car arrives. When I go to pay, the guy charges me for 6 days. If I hadn't done the math in my head I would have paid it. I ask him to redo his calculation and I end up getting the price lowered to the right price for 4 days. They when I get the receipt back there's a 4 dollar service fee and a 4 dollar airport fee attached. Remember this when they quote you the $8.99/day price and leave the fees out. With the sub par service I felt like the extra price I paid over the competitors was for nothing. I will definitely try another garage next time. read more

Well fancy that, an airport parking facility that actually doesn't make you worry about your car while traveling. Easy drop-off: within 3 minutes the car was checked in and moved to it's spot in the covered parking garage. Then we took a very quick ride in a clean van to the terminal, where I was checking in for my flight within 15 mins of arriving to Newark. The pickup was just as simple. Retrieve luggage from baggage claim and called SNAP. They ask for your ticket number + confirm the type of car. We were picked up within 10 mins (I've waited well over 25 mins with other not-so-awesome-companies). Paying is easy too, you walk into the lobby and hand a credit card over...the car was waiting in the parking lot ready to go. Looked exactly as I left it. They also left 2 SNAP water bottles in the car and I snagged a car freshner in the lobby. This is cheaper than taking shuttles to and from the airport. I loved the experience and would happily leave my (new) car here. Check if they have a deal on Groupon or LivingSocial, you may save a few $$. read more

First off I overall loved my experience with SNAP Parking. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I purchased a car detail for $140 which was done excellently with no complaints. However, I also purchased an oil change that was listed at "market rates," but I was charged $70 plus a $10 service charge. While I have paid $50 for an oil change on my Tacoma V-6 once or twice in my life, $80 is well beyond what I would consider "market rate." **Review updated: I appreciate SNAP management's prompt response and have updated my review accordingly. I haven't done a Yelp review in quite some time but I felt absolutely compelled to write about SNAP Indoor Parking. I know, right? Seriously? A parking garage at an airport?! First off, there is absolutely no reason to search for better parking for EWR airport. Just stop now and use SNAP. I suppose you might find a cheaper deal by a buck or two, but why bother? Trust me - just go with SNAP. We had a somewhat bizarre situation that involved my brother dropping off our car there. They valet the car in the garage and take you and your bags back to EWR in a 5 min trip. They WASHED and CLEANED the car - OMG, what a nice treat since it just came back from a ski trip to Vermont! I was SUPPOSED to pick up the car but due to some changes in plans, my Uncle was flying into EWR and it was going to work perfectly to have HIM pick up the car instead of me. A quick call to SNAP to explain the situation, they were very cordial and easy on the phone, they explained what documentation he would need. We sent him a digital picture of the claim ticket (that my brother snapped with his camera phone), a copy of my insurance/registration and camera phone copy of my drivers license. I even got them to take my credit card over the phone so he wouldn't have to pay when he landed! He called SNAP when he touched down and met them right where they said they would be to take him back to the garage. All this from a PARKING GARAGE?! Again, my mind was blown. Has progressively gotten a lot worst... This used to be a great place to go but on my last business trip and vacation that I just came back from I realized that I need a new parking provider for Newark. Drop off -- miserably unorganized on a Sat morning. No sense of urgency. Expect 30 min to get to the airport and a jammed up pile of cars and to not have enough drivers. Once in the shuttle waiting we got to listen to the drivers alarm keep ringing on the phone up front. On the business trip the van was packed and hot. Pickup -- Called and expect to wait 20 min on a good day and 30-40 min on a bad day, you can almost forget about calling as they will show up when they are good and ready. They try to maximize the number of pickups and not your time. Typically I see 2 economy shuttles, 2 Marriott shuttles and 3 Spot Parking vans along with every other company before Snap arrives. It is that bad that I had to double check my receipt to see if they had a half off sale but nope $90-110/$12-14 per day for bottom of the barrel service. With the 6-8 pickups expect one person at the counter and to be qued in a line when you arrive to pickup your car and surely someone will have an issue with their reservation holding up the line. For the extra 2 hours of aggravation it saves me money to take a car service to the airport versus this nonsense. Perhaps management/ownership got too popular or too greedy for their own good and forgot the basics of customer service. read more

We recently parked here for a week and we had no issues. After reading tons of reviews of Newark airport parking garages, I reserved a spot in advance for SNAP. It was 8.99 a day, which is very reasonable. When we pulled up, it was very crowded but they quickly gave us a receipt and got us on the van to take us to the airport right away. When we got back, we called them at baggage claim and they were at the airport in 10 minutes. Our car was waiting for us in the condition we left it and we were not charged anything extra. I used SNAP last weekend (April 14) based on the reviews I read on Yelp, and I was not disappointed. I somehow left my cellphone in my car and told the van driver while on the way to Newark airport. While dropping me off at the terminal, the driver called their office to look for my cellphone in the car. They found the phone, and the driver told me that he'd get the phone and give it to me. BEWARE OF SNAP PARKING...THEIR DRIVERS WILL SNAP! My husband and I were appalled by our recent experience with Snap. We have been customers for years and recently we took our 5-month baby on a family trip and came back to a horror story. After waiting for 25 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up (already unacceptable), we finally got into the shuttle and began to install our infant's car seat. Within minutes, the driver took off without checking to see if our baby was secured in the vehicle. My husband called out to stop the vehicle and the driver made an abrupt stop illegally between lanes and jumped out to VERBALLY THREATEN AND ASSAULT us. We were honestly in fear that he would harm us and our baby. When we finally made it back to the parking lot, he refused to help us with our bags, stroller, and other items. I talked with management and demanded that he receive disciplinary action as he was clearly unfit and mentally unstable. However, to my surprise, management was unsympathetic and only gave us lip-service. They promised to handle this matter and brushed me off when I called follow-up. I have yet to hear from them. Forget the fact that SNAP has horrible service and a horrible staff... but now you must literally fear for your safety. TO ALL PARENTS - do not trust them with your children's lives. read more

The woman at the desk was able to immediately calm me down and put me at ease, which is no easy feat. When we returned from our trip, the van picked us up quickly. If I had any problem, we returned around 1:00 AM at Terminal A and you have to go to level one to get picked up.......kind of desolate down there but the van was arriving as we were walking out of the door, good timing. They say that they have been opened for about one year, very clean and well maintained facility. Will use this service again and recommend it to my friends. Stop your search and just go to SNAP! Seriously. It was an amazing experience...and to say that about ANYTHING airport/travel/service industry related in Newark is saying it all. Our experience was nothing short of perfect. We pulled up the day of our flight, after having booked online, and a valet was there to greet us and take out all of our bags and load them onto the shuttle. I stopped in their building and was met with a clean and beautiful guest area and a clean and amazing bathroom! That alone was a clincher. Most of the parking places in Newark don't even have customer bathrooms, and if they do, they are gross. This place was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful and then we were on our way. The driver was great, no crazy driving and we were the only ones aboard. He had us to our terminal in a matter of minutes. Upon our return, we called the number at the baggage claim and went outside and within minutes our shuttle pulled up. We hopped in while he loaded our luggage (tip them of course!), dropped off one couple at the very next terminal and we were back at SNAP within 10 minutes. Our car was waiting for us, we used the (beautiful) bathrooms again and check out. They still have the $8.99 a day price which was a steal for a 10 day stay and we even earned two FREE days parking through their loyalty program. To top it off we got a smile, a thank you and a free air freshener. I could never, ever recommend another Newark parking place like SNAP. We've been to them all, and this was the best experience ever. They have gained our loyalty for sure. read more

Best parking service I've used in the Newark area for the airport. Professional, courteous and efficient service makes the experience of leaving your car that much easier. The Snap lot is well equipped with surveillance so there's no stress over leaving your car for an extended amount of time. The shuttle service is great--on time and drivers are helpful with loading and unloading luggage. I had a very unpleasant experience with another parking service in the area so it made the ease and professionalism of Snap Parking that much more enjoyable. Snap gets 5/5 stars for everything: from the people, to the service and the building/garage appearance; if you're looking for a friendly place to leave your car, this is it. There's a nice little area for self-service coffee and the inside of the reception/office area is immaculate. Garage parking seems like a great idea, especially so for the winter, but after a week my car had a pretty good covering of bird doo. Also, the other off site parking places are basically right off the highway. If you're going north, it's a bit of pain to drive through Newark/21. Used SNAP for a recent 2-week trip to Ireland after reading reviews. There were some other places with equally favorable reviews, but I liked the idea of the parking being indoors, as you never know what kind of weather we might get in October. Pre-paid online for cheapest rate. Facility was easy to get to off of route 78, and we were shuttled to the airport about 15 minutes after arriving. I did take pictures of my car prior to hoping on the shuttle just in case anything came up. Upon picking up our luggage when we returned, I called as directed, and they came to pick us up within 15 minutes. Car seems to be in same shape it was when we dropped it off. Let me first say that I have been parking at SNAP every week for the past half year. Needless to say, they had been getting plenty of my business and up until recently, I have not had any problems with them. The daily fee is inexpensive at $7.99 when you reserve and prepaid online and they offer a rewards program which allows frequent customers like myself to redeem free days of parking. SNAP is a valet facility and there is no self-park available. However, the past few times I have parked at the facility, I noticed some ever increasing damage to my car. Initially I observed a few door dings which I ignored however, most recently, I noticed that the side of my car had been scraped presumably from being sideswiped. Additionally, I noticed that the front trim on my bumper had been cracked probably due to an impact with something. I emailed the operations manager, Miguel Sanchez in an attempt to resolve the issues to which I received no reply. After giving him 2 weeks, I am leaving this negative review so maybe the management there will take notice now. It is a shame to say that SNAP has lost a loyal customer due to the negligence and carelessness of its employees. As a valet parking facility, you would expect that the employees would take the utmost car of the cars...not so much! If you care about your car, I suggest you avoid parking at SNAP! It is a real shame since I was on a first name basis with a few of the better employees like Lamar and Jose. However, some you could tell did not give a single damn. On a separate note, I recently had noticed that the clutch on my car has begun to slip. The clutch was perfectly fine months before I began parking at SNAP which makes me wonder if the employees there know how to operate manual gearboxes. Either which way it will cost me over a thousand dollars to replace the clutch but unfortunately there is no way for me to prove that this is the result of SNAP. TLDR: Car was damaged in multiple places after half a year parking SNAP on a weekly basis. Management failed to respond to request to address the matter. read more

Awful. I originally am a HUGE FAN of Newark Liberty Parking and have always parked there but because they moved, I needed to find a new parking spot. I checked YELP and due to all the amazing reviews, I decided to come here but this will be my last time coming here. I drove up and found out it's valet. He asked me to get out of my car and go inside to get a ticket. I was initially annoyed. I mean ..don't get me wrong, I love valet when I'm at a shopping mall or a high end restaurant but not at a parking station. maybe I have trust issues but it was 6am, pitch dark and I don't trust anyone especially someone I don't know to get in and drive off and park my car. Newark Liberty Parking was so easy and simple because you drove in, parked your car and walked to the Shuttle station to wait for the driver. Why couldn't I just do that? So.. I walk in and the employee asked if I made a reservation. I.. said no. Who makes reservations for a parking lot?! ON YELP and clearly on their site, it says parking is $8.99. The employee said because I didn't make a reservation, it would be $12.99 per night. Please state this on your yelp or original site. even though it's only a couple of more $, it feels like you're not being honest with your customers. She handed me a ticket and explained their procedure. She said when arriving and leaving baggage claim, to give them a call and they'll send one of their drivers out to pick me up. I arrived yesterday afternoon, gave them a call at 12:45pm that I am in Terminal C. The lady on the phone said to stay in lane 1 and the driver will be there soon. I was freezing my ass off and impatiently waiting for their damn shuttle. as each minute passed, I saw different shuttles pass by. I literally say Jiffy Parking Shuttle pass every 30 seconds -- I know where I'll be going next to park when flying out! JIFFY. at 12:52pm, I called to reconfirm if someone was coming since it's been a little over 10 minutes. She said someone is on their way so I hung up. At 1:15pm, I'm literally annoyed because I see every damn Parking Shuttle pass by EXCEPT OURS. I call again (ready to complain) but I see their shuttle driving up. I was so annoyed, I hung up and walked over. An older gentleman asked if I was waiting for SNAP too and I nodded. He mentioned to me "It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get a shuttle. They used to be really good but I'm not sure what's going on." I told him it was my first time and I'l never be using it anymore. He genuinely was concerned and went to the driver and asked if everything was okay. If maybe.. some workers didn't come in today which explains why they were delayed. The driver said no and that the last driver came by 5 minutes ago. Me the older gentleman immediately got defensive and said that is not possible since we were both waiting here for 30 minutes. The driver still denied and made up some story that he was. Two more customers came into the shuttle and immediately complain to the driver. Her exact words were "Are you kidding me! It should not take this long to get a shuttle. Do you see how many times Jiffy Parking passed us by?" and I said PREACH SISTA. Everyone in the shuttle was complaining and really annoyed. Don't come here. So many other options within the area to park your car like JIFFY. Jiffy, I don't know you but I'll be using you next time. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! read more

I have used their service on several trips out of EWR, and overall they have been good. It might be a little more expensive then many of the other parking garages, but here you get the assurance that your car is in a safe indoor and gated lot. I did have an incidence where they couldn't find where we were after arriving home from vacation. We just called the service and the driver called us directly to locate us. It really didn't take too long. Overall, it's a good service and I will continue to use them for more trips to come. read more

5 STARS Don't park anywhere else. I tried this new place out because I needed something indoors since I was leaving right before a huge snow storm. This place is 100% indoor parking. Upon arrival they took my keys moved my bags to the van, handed me a complimentary neck pillow for my trip and off we went....no time wasted. Upon return the shuttle came and picked me up before I could even head out to the curb...lighting fast service! When we got to the lot the driver moved my bags to the car while I checked out and checkout was super fast and inexpensive....and I got a great air freshener on the way out too. I will always use SNAP (Secure Newark Airport Parking) for all my business and family trips. I used to park at Newark Airport but i've finally realize that it is more expensive and takes more time! The idea of leaving your car securely parked while on a trip is good, but these guys take it to another level by washing your car - problem is, I specifically asked them to not wash my Jeep while I was away on a business trip for a week. Overall, the service was ok. The location is about as seedy as you can get in Newark, but the garage seemed secure. The rate was fine and the shuttle was prompt when picking me up. The reason for the low rating is that they fall into the same category as other businesses in this area that do not pay attention to detail or care for their customers. Anyone owning a Jeep knows that the windows scratch easily. I specifically asked the attendant to leave my Jeep dirty. I just installed new windows and they were pristine. As soon as I returned I saw my vehicle sitting up front partially washed. To my surprise, all three windows were scratched and half clean. Thanks for listening. I am not sure if I am biased about the Northeast or not, but businesses around here just don't seem to care. I will not use SNAP again on my next trip. The cost of the parking plus new windows in the spring is not worth it. If you are considering this place for parking and you have a vehicle that is not your favorite, then they should be fine. My experience with SNAP parking happened after one of the most severe snow storms NJ had seen in a long time (Around Valentine's Day 2014). Originally we had booked car service to the airport, but because of the storm they had cancelled the night before. Thinking that any outdoor parking facility would be a nightmare, we decided to search for an indoor place. That's how I found SNAP, and I'm glad we did. Reservations were done online the night before, and were super easy to complete. Confirmation in hand, we arrived at the facility with time to spare for our flight. Check-in took all of five minutes and by the time we were done, the van was ready to take us to the airport. As it turns out we made the first leg of our journey, but our connecting flight from Charlotte to Miami was cancelled while we were in the air. With no way of making it to Miami in time for our cruise, we just flew home that evening. Upon arrival at the airport, we called SNAP for a pickup and waited at the designated area. I would have given them 5 stars instead of four had we waited less time than we did (about 30 minutes). There were a lot of parking lot company vans passing us by; several from the same company... I think I saw four to five "The Parking Spot" vans drive by before our van finally arrived. When we reached the lot my car was waiting for us, washed and ready to go - no extra charge for the wash. There are a lot of pluses to this service... easy reservation, prompt check-in, full valet (they park and get your car), fast travel to the airport, free wash, and of course it's secure and indoors. Their daily rate is reasonable so I'd definitely use SNAP again. read more

Wow. We waited over 30 minutes for shuttle to pick us up at airport. Abs now the worse driver in the world. Wd are sitting in the van driving back to snap for over 30 minutes!!! This is the drivers fault as he is letting about 8" cars so far in front of him at the exit so we are literally not moving! We have used Snap for the last 10 plus years but will never be using again. read more
