Snappy Delivery of Pierre has moved us twice. Both times they have been very professional. The movers are careful with everything. If there are defects in the furniture, they point things out so that there is no confusion at the end of the move about what was already damaged and what may have been damaged in transit. Their packing methods are such that nothing has been damaged in transit. On our last move, when they were moving a desk, a printer was jarred from it's resting spot and fell to the floor. The company president came and picked up the printer, took it to be fixed, and when he found out it wasn't worth fixing, promptly purchased a new printer with all of the functions of the prior printer. He went over and above what most moving companies would do. There was no questioning about blame, no hassles, just great customer service!
