I took my Chevy Silverado in here for an oil change. They told me all the fluid levels were checked and were good (that is also indicated on the receipt). However, within a few days I started getting a warning notice in my truck that the brake fluid was low. We checked it and it was VERY low. It was obviously not checked. I took a picture of the fluid reservoir showing how low it was and took it in to show them. The manager told me they were not allowed to fill brake fluid. That's fine, but if they had checked it, they certainly should have told me it was low. He also said that warning probably meant I needed a brake job. Nope, I had new shoes, rotors, and calipers done 2 months ago. The Dexos oil change was $99 - $30 more than the Chevy dealer! Never going back there! read more
