I'll never go to this location again. Maybe not any location. I noticed the shrimp wrap didn't seem nearly as fresh as I've had at the location downtown and the chips seemed soggy but it was dinner. I was hungry. But after I had eaten half the wrap, the unthinkable was discovered. A worm. Alive and crawling at the bottom of the container. My sister asked if it was a maggot and perhaps it was. I was utterly disgusted! I'd hate to think of what I was served and how long that food was sitting there. I did request a refund from Uber Eats that should be processed soon. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. My salad was tasty, however it was the smallest salad I've ever received while eating out to have paid $11 for a salad with no meat. I got the grilled avocado salad and when I asked the girl making my salad if she could add more spinach she said "not without an extra fee it cost more." GIRL WHAT? It's spinach. I didn't ask for bacon or something I said more spinach. Everyone who works there looks like they hate their job. I assume they're just hiring anyone who needs a job. As a person who has worked in customer service for over 15 years I know how people should treat me. This was NOT it. I will not be back. read more

I am normally a huge fan of this place at all locations, and not at all a complainer, but I do want to bring something to the attention of whoever might be reading this who can improve upon the issue. Today, I came a little after 11:00 am to beat the rush as I'm trying to be cautious, and i was maybe one of three customers inside at the time. There were 7 employees, two on the salad bar line, and probably 3-4 making what looked like online orders. It took more than 5 min to be helped at all, which during that time, the two who were on the line stopped several times to jump in with online orders. Then I went through the line, and proceeded to wait at least another 5-7 minutes to check out. Again, I was the only person at the register and watched them all help with online. I am a very patient person, and that isn't my issue here, as I can wait 5 minutes and be ok. My issue is that it seems in this world of online ordering and curbside pickup, that the people who come inside are an afterthought. I have worked in both retail and office situations and was always taught that the people in front of you should take precedence over the people on the phone. Anyway, it's just an observation from a slightly annoyed customer who was just trying to take extra measures to be cautious on my lunch break, and ended up feeling a bit forgotten in the process. read more

I recently had a Heart Attack, so now I have to explore the new world of salads. I went here for the first time and must have just looked lost staring at the menu on the wall. Lex, although busy being the only one there making to go orders and tending the front, was so kind and helpful to me with choosing something that meets my diet and would also like. She recommended the bam bam salad, which I decided to eat there. It was pretty darn good. Then, she actually came over to check on me and asked if I liked it. Even brought me more dressing. In addition to great tasting salads, I also appreciate the convenience of placing an order for pickup through an app. The Greenville location is close to my office and I have their salads for lunch at least once-twice a week. The ingredients are usually fresh and taste good. I now stick to their signature salads since on a couple of occasions my custom orders did not have the exact ingredients I had specified. The only suggestion that I have is to have 2-3 seasonal salad options on the menu. I do get bored with their menu selection from time to time. read more

Although expensive, it does have healthy-ish food that I'm using to replace my burgers, ribs and steaks. Service is usually pretty quick and the staff is somewhat friendly. I'm not fond of the tables in this location as it looks too rustically cold and impersonal. The outdoor porch is popular but for me, eating a salad is just not a fun and enjoyable meal that I want to share the experience with others so I get mine to go. The ingredients are fresh and tasty plus they pack them in the bowl. I always have to ask for more dressing, however. I guess they are doing their job at trying to keep me healthy. I really like their shredded chicken as it blends in well with the vegetation. Seriously, they give you a lot in those containers. You have to try their lemon cookies. I love lemon cookies, but I like mine crisp from the baking process and not the desiccating process as theirs seem to be to me. I know folks that love these cookies. They get pretty busy on weekdays during lunch. Lines are long but pretty fast. Just know what you're going to order since they keep the line moving during lunch time. I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the seating situation. Inside they have like 3-4 loooong tables so you can sit. Ideal for large groups, but if it's just one or two people I think I'd like my own small table. Some outside seating as well, hopefully if it's not too hot. Parking can be a pain because the spots are tiny! And since it's next to other businesses it gets really packed. If you can carpool during weekdays for lunch, do it. I usually get the Avocado salad. I placed a pick up order at 6:30 pm and showed up at 6:50 pm to pick up my order. I told them I was waiting to pick up my order and waited... by 7:20 pm I was still waiting (apparently my pick up time was 7 pm) and finally left. I could have gone through the line 4 or 5 times while I waited. I'm not sure why they didn't make my salad since they knew I was waiting. Several emails and I finally received a refund but that's it. I ordered three entrees and two of them were screwed up. They put shrimp instead of shredded chicken and the person who the meals were for is allergic to shellfish so we had to throw the salads away. I tried calling the phone number for the store in Snappy Salads has an IVR that has an option to call the store but it tells you that no one's available and hangs up on you. The only other option to talk to anybody is an Indian call-center, but only helps with delivery support and he told me that he couldn't help me. I just love the food here. I stopped by on a whim a few months ago and now I find myself CRAVING the warmed rice cauliflower salad. It's so good! My second favorite if the Bam Bam salad. I'm sure other salads are as worthy - I just keep going back to my favorites. It can get very crowded around lunchtime so I try to go after the rush. They still manage to move folks through fairly quickly. That said, I find the lighting in this location is very dark. Sometimes I bring a book to read through lunch and have to sit close to the window to see better. Brightening up the lighting would make it feel more inviting. read more

Well, despite the recent romaine crisis (sad). I will find any way to have a salad, when I'm craving a salad. My go-to here has always been The BamBam + egg for some extra protein. Luckily, there's no Romaine in this salad so I still get my fill. Another great option is The Tenderfoot, which I crave every now and then when I'm not feeling The BamBam. But I must say, I have never truly craved salad until I started coming to Snappy! I've been to about 3 or 4 locations, and unfortunately this location is by far the worst when it comes to the store itself. The salad always tastes the same which is nice, but cleanliness and the staffing here is horrible. Almost every time I come here it is a mess, the staff is angry to be there and almost rude. Consistently, they are out of supplies as well as produce and I truly believe if this is your closest Snappy Salads, you feel the same way as I do. I wish it were in better shape, and more organized but at the end of the day when I want the salad, I'll still get the salad. Hoping management here will be changed here soon! read more
