I couldn't have asked for better service. BUT again, without being asked, she sent me a greeting card with the photo of my daughter holding the bouquet! Upon arrival, she made a point to question why we were even holding the event due to the rain, despite everything being indoors, and the rain itself lasted less than 30 minutes. Her behavior was so off-putting that several guests approached me during the event to express their discomfort. I also tried contacting the company before and during the event, but my calls repeatedly went unanswered, which had already been a problem leading up to the day. I will say once I called it to her attention she started acting nicer, but by that time the damage was done. For the price they charge, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and service. I was also told that tipping was expected. While I had plenty of cash on hand, I chose not to tip based on how poorly we were treated, which is something I never do.
