Snappy tax is very unprofessional. They never do taxes on time. They waste people time and they are very disrespectful. I'm sure they don't have staff to complete returns. Hence why they are applying for extensions for everyone. They charged me a 600 fee to take care of all my business taxes needs. But they still haven't filed my taxes. I sent them my information in March. We are in June. This is not the first time. Last year they blamed Covid. Would not recommend this company to anyone. I should have never filed a second time. When people show you they don't care believe them. This is company is bad for business and they are gaining a reputation for themselves. They can pretend that this is not true. But the truth will always come to light. I asked if they did not have time to do my taxes to just let me know. But of course they still attempted to do it only to leave it on their supervisors desk. My advice use TurboTax at least you know it's done. read more

If you need someone to prepare your taxes go to snappy tax. The people in the office are great and they know how to maximize your return. highly recommended! I got more than I expected. Being a first year business owner I really didn't expect to get anything back and wasn't even sure i did all my record keeping right but they helped me out with all my questions.
