Chronic issues are much more complicated to treat than acute issues for a physician because even though you know what works for you-if it's a big boy drug-he has to prove he has done his due dillegence in trying alternatives first. It's frustrating because I've been through this song and dance 3-4x (I've had to move a lot-I'm a Travel RN) and while we are trialing I'm still suffering. When there is something out there I KNOW will work. But what I like about him and why I gave him 5 stars is because he works with you. He will split the difference. I'd like to work for him actually because he seems intelligent and well-versed on his meds and complex diagnoses when I've seen a lot of Family Practice docs who belong in like a Minute Med clinic where they have 8 diagnoses they can treat like flu or strep or a bad rash. He is pleasant, patient, ON TIME, doesn't (seem to) have a God complex like a lot of MDs I've either worked for or been a patient of. He is also respectful and doesn't make you feel like an asshole for embarrassing things you may need to discuss. He's cool enough that I felt compelled to write this review because he didn't have any and when I was in Cali and didn't know a single person if I needed medical attention you better believe I was checking them out on Yelp to see who I wanted!!
