His response is shocking as now Mr. Pierce is accusing me or some phantom of moving the railings so that the gaps seem more pronounced! I am 73 y/o and not in the habit of sabotaging someone's work. Due to this accusation he is negating the entire 1 year warranty! He is obviously angry with me for holding him accountable for the initial shoddy work and this is his payback. There are endless excuses for not responding to messages and repeated claims their e-mail server is down. Nobody's server loses 3/4 of the e-mails sent to it. If the service was that bad you wouldn't keep it. Every time I asked for a paint date I got told "we'll get to it when we get to it. You're on the schedule." But never told where on the schedule I was or how many jobs were ahead of me. If I hadn't already paid them almost $1K I wouldn't keep them as my painters. I had someone stop by to look at my house today saying they'd been asked to be a subcontractor to do the job...more than 7 weeks after the job is supposed to already been done. Pathetic.
