I QUESTIONED why he needs her ID when she is not making the purchase and all Nick could muster up was that it is NY state law that if someone walks in with you they too have to show ID. Which doesn't make any sense to me. Can anyone please explain because when I take my child to the store to buy Cigarettes for myself it would be silly to ask a child for ID. I explained that my cousin just arrived from the Dominican republic and does not have a valid ID on her person at the moment and Nick still refused to sell me the e ciggarette.
