This place is clean, the machine is good. This place could be a 5 stars but, the customers are very selfish with the carts. They baby sit the carts by keeping their bags and other belongings inside of them, they also tie clothes around the top of the cart so know one can use it but them, even though they are all done using it until it's time to dry or take them out the dryer. When you try to grab the cart to use cause it's not being used, they snap and get real aggressive. The owner should put a sign prohibiting the customers from holding on to the carts even when they're not using them. This place is now called TopSpin Este lugar está limpio, la máquina es buena. When I asked her why, she just kept repeating the same thing. There isn't a policy posted anywhere staying you need to wash on-site in order to use their dryers. For starters its my first time walking into a laundry mat. Since i was so used to building properties to have laundry on site. All i asked the lady was how I can get a laundry card so I can do laundry. I don't know if she has listening comprehension or she stubborn. She legit was like ill help you and because the only way to get a laundry card is to only use cash. For starters not everyone uses cash so that needs a step up if you want to keep your customers. Then when i pay the lady instead of telling me you need cash to purchase a laundry card. She uses my debit card to add loads on her laundry card since shes the manager. So i never got a laundry card so i spend $7 for laundry. And she kept $3 on her card. Pretty much you're a crook. Yeah this will be my first and last time coming here. Listen to all the 1 star reviews they were all right. Very disappointing experience and don't recommend coming here ever again unless you like getting robbed. This place deserves -5 stars read more

They need to improve on fixing their washer machine and dryer machine. From the small white washer machine to the machine that take big load . This place is falling apart slowly but surely , what laundry mat has 8 karts that work to transfer your wet clothes to the dryers. The ceiling is falling apart it has mold and leaks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAUNDROMAT. Wish I would have read the reviews before attempting to try to dry my wet laundry. My dryer at home broke down. I needed to dry my clothes somewhere close to my house. I arrived after 2:15pm with one load of laundry and the afternoon lady that works there told my daughter that she could not just dry our clothes there, she would have to wash and then dry our clothes. WTF? Is she serious? Are they running some kind of scam at this laundromat to make people pay extra? I could understand if the laundromat was super packed with people washing and drying their clothes but it was seriously empty and to dry one load of laundry in that super big place wouldn't have made a huge difference but she told my daughter that she needed to go to another laundromat to dry our clothes and referred us to a smaller laundromat not too far from our house. If I could give this review a zero stars I would. I hope the owners sees this review and start to think about either selling the place or hiring better people that understand that some people have different circumstances. read more

I came in to do my laundry. I had lost my laundry card and decided to get a new one. I go ahead and read the instructions. It says to add exactly 4 dollars in cash. So I click the button for a new card, put the $4 dollars in and it seems to be out of cards. There are churning noises in the machine but nothing comes out. In talking to the old lady that was there she first tried to ignore me. Then after she hear my issue she says you need to put "exactly" $4. Then I told her I did. Been coming here for like a decade. They've changed owners/management a couple times in that timeframe. It used to be a clutch place to go but this passed couple years it's really gone downhill. You have to buy a cash card (used to be $3, but it's gone up to $4) and you don't get that credit towards your wash. Basically like a starbucks card you load with money but if you lose it, you're screwed. In loading my card, over the decade I've been going there I've only had an issue once and lost $20 in the machine and never got credit or my money back. Not the worst thing, things happen, it's crappy but whatever that's pretty good odds over a decade. What's really changed my mind about this place is that about half the machines are broken now and never seem to get repaired. The laundry baskets have disappeared and they don't replace them, so there are minimal available. Also, they keep raising the prices. I get inflation and covid and needing to boost income, after all it is a business. What bothers me is they keep raising prices but half the machines don't work. The attendant that's there now has been there for a few years but isn't helpful with broken machines. If I put money in a dryer and it doesn't dry, the place should pay for me to re-dry them in a different machine. I've filled out the forms she gives you when a machine takes your money or the card reloader takes your money, but management/owner never calls or tries to reconcile the lost money. I've had my expensive clothes stolen here once before. But to their defense I forgot them in the dryer and went home, turned around immediately and by the time I got back they were gone. Overall, after a long essay haha, this place has been my go to for 10 years and I'm going to start looking for a new spot. I haven't been to this laundromat in quite some time. And to my surprise it was a disappointment. As soon as I walked in I seen the place was rundown. Most of the machines are out of service. I still decided to stay and wash my blankets. I found a working machine and started my load. Unfortunately the washer machine, didn't work properly because the soap that was added in the soap dispenser No.2, didn't dispense any water. The washer was done and the soap still in the dispenser. When I found the employee that was sitting down watching TV. Showed her and told her what happened her reply was "did it dispense water from the 1st one" my response was yes because it did. She followed with "well it's washed then", woman I ain't stupid nor a fool. So either put money on another washed or give me the money to start another washer. She started she was not allowed to do so and had to fill out a form and leave my card so the funds can be added. I filled out the form and didn't leave my card because my card had funds on it and I was NOT going to take a risk and have it be lost. Management needs to paying attention to their business and take care of it. Also trust your employees and allow them to do the right thing for your customers. In my case all that had to be done is start another washer vs. filling out a paper to be compensated for the amount that was lost. read more

I don't know where to start, there are so much to say from the last time my wife and I been here, before the only problem was that at night it was dangerous due to the tweakers and homeless being around the lot and street, that calmed down my issue now is 75 percent of their equipment are down, dryers are beat down at least 5 missing of dangling doors, they added massage chairs but they don't sanitize or clean them was about to use them but notice on the head rest was nasty almost like someone on drugs was sweating like crazy and decided to use it and left a nasty a** mark on the head rest and didn't wipe it, the ceiling is falling apart and I really feel bad for the lady "cup noddle lady" because she does clean but people are pigs and don't clean after themselves what a shame wonder how their house look, one thing I can say to the owner directly is to resign and sell it to someone that will take care of this place because the way it looks all they care is about revenue and not their customers who pay almost $7 dollars for a large load and small load $2.75 this is the last time we are coming here and will be driving to Burbank to a laundry place over there since they take care of their investment and not run it down! read more

No one was there to help me or give me credit of $5.50 or start the machine. Then I came last week, loaded up the laundry in the machines with detergent & re-loaded my card with a balance of $34.80. I have been coming to the laundromat for about a yr. I go about once a month to wash big items like blankets or comforters. I was in last week and had a issue with loading money into my card. I paid $20 and the credit did not appear on the card. I still had my remaining balance of $4. I was shocked and upset the machine took my money. I went searching for the attendant couldn't find here. I was pressing the bell for assistance and still did not appear. I found her in the employee room. I explained to her the situation and I was requesting my card to be credited. She said NO that's impossible for the machine to do a error. If I was sure I entered a $20 and if I used the correct card. She keep saying that was impossible and I was not going to be given my credit. The only thing I can do, is leave my information and maybe the owner would call. Couldn't even confirm that would occur. They have a phone number listed on the counter for any issues. I left a message that same day and have not heard from anyone in over a week. I'm not trying to steel $20 for a wash. This isn't my usual laundromat but I had to come here due to my favorite place being jam packed. They have a ton of washers and dryers to choose from. They have every size for any price range or load. Getting the card is a bit of a hassle. They only accept cash to get the card which is $4. Once you get the card you can then use your credit card to add a balance. I tried to use my debit card to load but it wouldn't take it. Thank god my credit card went through their system. The place is kept clean by one attendant walking around. There are a few reviews about either her or another lady that is rude. I however didn't see her as rude at all. I used multiple machines so I could give a varied review of how they were. The 8 load washer was pretty comparable to other 8 loaders I have used previously. It told how long your clothes would be washing. There are about 6-7 of the 8 loaders but only 3-4 have adjustable settings. I didn't realize this until my clothes were already washing. Not a big deal, it still got my clothes clean. The two load washers I used were pretty outdated. They don't tell you how long your clothes will be in for a cycle so you either have to set a 30 min timer and check it regularly or just sit there and keep an eye on it. The dryers are very powerful. They got my loads which normally take 45+mins to dry at other places only 30mins. If I have to come back here I will make sure it is only during the morning time. I've seen this area at night and I wouldn't feel safe. read more
