This had to be caused by the son-in-laws shoddy job, because toilet was not leaking while we were in town. It cost us close to $400 to repair and repaint. Our Toilet was replaced, but when we came back to town, it was not the same size, so it had to be replaced again. With the repair of the unit below, all of this cost around $1,200. Now we have bad water hammer, which we never had before Living Waters touched our toilets. All in all, an expensive, frustrating and unsatisfactory experience. I would look elsewhere for a plumber.

The first job he did, replacing all the plumbing from the meter and throughout my tine house, he charged 800 dollars even. I paid in cash and expected a receipt, which I never got. The price seemed about in line with what he quoted as his hourly fee plus the materials required but then he came back to fix the drain pipes. He did that job with half the crew and less time than the first job. He told me afterward that it was one thousand dollars. Again no receipt. He ripped me off. He has a drug problem, from what I've heard from a couple of people that know him, I found out later. I cannot recommend this company for anything.

They answer all of your questions and listen actively to your concerns. They handled the installing of my automatic chicken waterers and now my life is so much easier. I opted for the concierge plan where if I have an emergency they will come save day to fix the problem, and with lack there of or overflowing-water can be a problem. Turns out my water heater was 12 years old (I had just purchased my house). He recommended I replace it, but was never pushy. He gave me different brand options based on my financial situation. He also repaired my toilet that wasn't properly bolted to the floor. It turned out to be a more extensive repair than I had previously thought. He took his time, explained what he was doing and why he needed to do it. He was on time, kind, respectful, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough.
