I had a delay in my response but did get back to him and my appointment was already given to someone else and when I responded asking why my appointment was given away, and letting him know the new appointment time didn't work he never even responded. I contacted the owner after hearing from him on 6/25/18 replying to my yelp review. He promised to make it right and correct the issues. I told him I would be out of town until at least after July 4th. I contacted him July 14th when I was available which he did not reply. On July 16th I tried contacting again and he told me he was out of town and was unavailable and that he would get back to me. On July 30th I contacted him again to check why he hasn't contacted me yet and he said we can schedule the appointment for Thursday Aug 2nd 1pm. I agreed to this. Then the day before he says he can't come until sometime after 2pm. I ask to reschedule because I want to make sure they have enough time to get the job done correctly since the first time they were a few hours late, and then did half of what they were supposed to do to the car. We reschedule for August 14th, 11am. August 14th comes and hes 2 hours late. I call and see whats going on. He tells me his van got a flat tire and would have to reschedule or send out another detailer. Then he never gets back to me and refuses to do the service. Then he gets the nerve to lie and blame me for not being available saying that I was out of town for over a month. I was gone for 2 weeks on a business trip which I informed him of and he agreed to and did not have any issues with when I contacted him to make the follow up appointment on August 2nd. In fact at the time, he was the one that was out of town and could not make the appointment for a month. I have all email correspondences as proof as well. Highly not recommended due to terrible quality of work done, and not even doing the things the service was supposed to include. The pictures I posted and the owners original reply of saying he was disappointed with the quality of their work says everything. If you want good work done, stay way from these frauds. read more

First time customer, referred to them through a friend. Matt did an incredible job on mine and my wife's car. My car hasn't been THIS black since I bought it. I could not be happier with the results. I had heavy oxidation and clear coat breaking down. So, I got the platinum detail with paint correction. Extremely pleased with the service. My wife's car was in a bit better condition than my own, so the difference wasn't as drastic, but she was also very happy with her car. And if my wife is happy... well , you know how that is. I will DEFINITELY be a repeat customer. Already spoke to Matt about detailing and ceramic coating my hanger queen. I know it'll be like showroom when he's done. I believe the owner did my job, but i missed his name, (my bad for being in a hurry and working nights) but he was very personable and showed me some flaws in my paint that i didn't even know. He gives Military discounts and I appreciated his support for military and police. Great service and went the extra mile to make sure my truck was perfect. Unfortunately hired there guys on maintenance wash for my company's van. First wash went good, van was pretty clean and price was fair. Second time you could clearly tell the employee was in a rush. Absolutely scratched the whole (black) wrap on the van (after asking if they had washed wraps before as it was a brand new van wrap which we wanted to keep for a long time). Since it's a wrap there's nothing to do to fix it. They sent him back to wax it which made it look a little better but with time the wax washed off and the huge scratches remain and Can easily be spotted in the sun. read more

Very quick in response & booking. Punctual arrival. Took about 3 hours to clean my recently purchased 2008 Toyota Prius. Booked a platinum package which is a full detail, wash, clay, and wax. To be honest I'm actually underwhelmed. My trunk mat had one stain that looked like coffee; it is now accompanied by most of the mat having turned pink. Also some of the trunk plastic and side triangle windows are still dirty. The inside of the center console and passenger door cubbyholes are still dirty. They wash car decently but their scheduling system sucks. Who cares about a good car wash when they miss appointments, get appointments mixed up, and they're not understanding of the customer circumstances? I missed one appointment because I was in the ER with a concussion and when I tried to reschedule they wouldn't return my phone call. So I rescheduled online, but they didn't show and wouldn't return my phone calls. Now they're getting me mixed up with another client because they think I have more cars than I actually have and they think I've missed multiple appointments when in fact I only missed one. I'll be using another detailer from now on. I recommend avoiding this one as they are definitely not understanding, the system they use for scheduling makes frequent errors, they do not have good follow up, and they do not value their clients. read more

I'm selling my truck and was looking for a reputable mobile detailing company. A buddy of mine at work highly recommended Matt and So-Cal Auto Detailing, so I gave him a call. I decided to get the platinum detailing package for the following week. James was the tech that came out to my house. Dude did an outstanding job. I told him from the start that I was looking to sell the truck and was trying to get it as pretty as I possibly could. He got to my house about 1:15pm and left at almost 5:00pm. I'll admit, the truck was pretty thrashed on both the exterior and the interior. It'd needed a wash (badly) for a while. My parents had also recently visited with their long-haired german shepherd. I gave her a ride in the back of my truck a couple times and, whatever surface that dog touches, she manages to leave hair. James knocked on the door close to 5 and told me the truck was finished; I walked out and it seriously looked like it was brand new off the lot. Gorgeous! In the future this will be the detailing company that I recommend to others and that I continue to use myself. Also, to make it easier for the customer, they accept cash/check/debit/credit. Not only did they answer my call but answered all of our questions prior to asking us to book an appointment. We had an emergency request since we just purchased a used vehicle "Yukon" which had a cigarette smell which was a huge no no for my 3 and 11 year old. I was really hoping these were the guys. We love clean cars and with time being an issue we were looking for a weekly service to keep our cars shining. The detailer showed up 10 min early which is awesome and he was extremely friendly. The car looked way better than it did but not nearly to our standards for a $30 + $10 tip wash. There was water everywhere and the tires had a white substance on them that was super noticeable when looking at the car. My exhaust tips were never touched and there was even trash left in my center console. Very disappointing. Could have paid a kid down the street for half the price and they would have more pride in their work. I literally had to go out after and re dry the car.
