However, they do not maintain a 1:1 ratio of men and women. When I went to their event, I was on a table with three women, and we were "chatting up" one man. Unfortunately one of the women - a loud, chatty, and slutty blonde - had had a lot to drink beforehand, and completely took over each and every conversation. While this is not the organisers fault, if they had ensured that there were equal amounts of men and women, this problem would not have happened. Sadly we were not informed beforehand that there would be such an imbalance, nor offered a partial refund.

I went to Grape vine social last Friday night. Unfortunately the venue was Inferno's in Clapham…read morewhich was atrocious, really tacky. The wine was served in plastic glasses and the tapas were deep fried onion rings and coctail sausages. At £40 a ticket, the event was not cheap and did not offer value for money. Also as the previous reviewer mentioned the man/woman ratio was not 1 to 1. Overall, I thought the event was incredibly disappointing.
