Why be a hairdresser if you can't do certain services, anyways. She butchered my child's hair layering, and the blonde highlights came out different colors all over her hair. It look like she had tiger stripes at the top of her head. She also didn't do the highlights to her scalp at some places and there's many spots. It was $120 for a very butcher job.
