The newly opened one next to Nofrills and Hair Joy had a very rude owner. It was my first time doing laundry there and since it was new i wanted to try it out. I used three machines and I observed that two of the double loader machines had very little water. I was simply stating my observation to the owner but he would not listen. He said on quote "You're not satisfied? Then I'll refund your money. I don't want your business. Take your laundry, leave and don't come back." It was the first time I went to that laundry place. Maybe the guy was tired and it's been a long day for him but that is not the way to treat a new customer. He set up a business, he should learn how to handle customer opinion. I won't be coming back there anymore. So for those choosing to go to that laundry place make sure to watch your laundry to see if it's getting washed properly. I will just continue doing my laundry here at Washworld.

We asked the staff for help and the worker was unable to turn off the machine or change the setting. She proceeded to scream at my mother and when we asked to speak with management, physically threw the phone on the counter towards us. Management made her give us credit for another machine to rinse our laundry and when my mother tried to explain that she was grateful, the worker plugged her ears and started yelling. She stopped only to say that she prays we will never come back. After such a traumatizing experience, we absolutely will not be coming back!! Businesses should remember that the only way they will remain is with continued patronage, and such actions are detrimental to their business!

I have been living in this area since 2008 and never noticed this place. Was looking for a dry cleaner in Cedarbrae Mall, but has moved to I don't know where. This newly discovered place, Cedatgreen has done an excellent job and for $10 each 2 piece suit! It will take a couple of days to get your dry cleaning back. The Greek lady there also does alternations and hemming as well. She's pretty funny to talk to. Very nice lady. I had tried this dry cleaner a couple of times before posting this. They are also a coin operated laundry mat as well. Give them a try, if you are in the area. Don't think you'll be disappointed .
