Just dropped off my car so I am rating for basic sign in service right now. Will update when I get my car back and see what kind of job was done.

This shop does quality work at a competitive price. I have used them twice, and I'm very satisfied with the results.

But I'm here and okay. Also we are from NY, and moved to the area a year ago and haven't used body shops yet. Location is key because this shop is near bjs. Also chose this one because they are in business long, and are certified in all different mechanics. Anyways walked in here with my dad, and both the female and male who was the owner, were very nice and answered my dads questions. The reason why we didn't ultimately bring the car here is because of an insurance issue, as progressive didn't list them after we filed our claim and wanted an estimate which involved a vehicle inspection in which we did for the claim. Despite their website saying that they accept most insurances. But doesn't rule them out completely, maybe well use them for non insurance work if needed or for something else!

The quality of the work is always outstanding. It's refreshing to find a repair shop that values customer service, integrity, and attention to detail. I highly recommend Paramount Auto to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy auto repair services. Thank you for always making the entire process stress-free and efficient!

Just got back from Derrell"s Body Shop where I had a very pleasant experience…read more While working in my garage I had dropped a jack stand on the hood of my wife's, new to her, 2016 Mazda Miata. I waited a week to tell her so it wouldn't ruin her Thanksgiving holiday. After getting a recommendation from the local parts store and reading reviews on line I decided to get an estimate from Derrell's for the repair. I'm not sure who I talked to, but he seemed like the owner -maybe Mike? I mean that as a compliment because he was down to earth, just like one of the employees, not an authoritative owner type. He walked out with me to my car and looked at the dent in my hood then went inside and got one of his technicians (coworkers) who buffed the dent to asses the condition of the paint. Fortunately the paint was still good underneath the scuff and we decided it could be fixed by popping the dent out. He called his dent specialist and found out that he was in the Myrtle Beach area (where I live) on Mondays. This he thought would be easier and save a trip to Conway for me. Meanwhile the technician also buffed out some scuffs on my rear bumper. With the business card of his dent repair specialist in hand I asked him how much I owed him and he said nothing. As I walked out the door he told me to practice safe jack stand handling techniques in the future. Dustin

I needed my car towed,…read moreand had been calling around for pricing and weight time, these people answered their phone immediately with a very positive and helpful attitude. When your car is broke down the last thing you need, is the person on the other end of the phone sounding like it's a bother for them to help you. You're already having a bad day you don't need to pay somebody to make it worse that's for sure. Great price, and they got to my car in less than 20 minutes, which I'm sure is unusual, but very much appreciated. I would highly recommend.

I contracted these knuckleheads to lift a very expensive vacuum Kiln up so we could back a trailer…read moreunder it to move it to another site The operator arrived and began rigging the kiln from the roof of the Kiln which had four lifting points which seemed easy enough from a rigging standpoint The operator, then attached to taglines so two men could actually hold the load from swinging once it was lifted into the air The Kiln was lifted. The men were drugged across the parking lot, and the Kiln smashed into the side of the building, which was corrugated metal. It seemed obvious to me that the load was not centered over the end of the crane. We studied the box/ and raised it high enough to back a trailer under it, and then set the box on the trailer We then lashed the Kiln into the trailer and headed on our way to the new location where company unloaded and set it into position for us perfectly Once it was set, I noticed that one side of the Kiln had numerous dents, scratches, smashes, etc. from the previous operator I called corner cars towing and was told he would call me back Five more phone calls and somebody finally said could you text the damage to this number? Which I did many pictures I still heard nothing I'm not sure how much the repairs would be but the external skin actually comes off with self tapping screws and it's painted black and it has the logo on it so I'm sure these things aren't cheap I would still clear of a company that won't make good on damaging something as expensive as a $50,000 vacuum kiln So now I'm left with bashing them and also taking them to court to get the funds to make the repairs to the exterior
