They are compassionate, yet clear about their convictions and make sure families know what they are about up front so as to avoid confusion about expectations. The teachers there are so caring and wonderful, but the principal can be heard shouting at teachers down the hall. I can't begin to tell you how many times the Special Ed teacher went home in tears. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. Until they can get a new principal, I wouldn't ever bring my children back to that school.
