There was a need for the youth soccer community in Rochester and soccerworld is there to fill it. It is awesome that the soccer players can get an opportunity to keep their feet on a ball during the winter somewhere in Rochester instead of driving all the way in the ice and snow to the twin cities. It is nice to see that the community can support another place for the kids to stay active. read more

I love that they are offering the preschool open gym twice a week. It is a great way for the little ones to cut loose and get all their energy out in the winter time. My son loves the bounce house, parachute, and gymnastics equipment. The price is fair for what you get and the facility is clean. It also seems to me that the parents who come here are more attentive to their children than some of the other play areas in Rochester that I have been to. Highly recommend! read more

My kids loved the classes when they were little. Kevin is exceptional at teaching them. The open gym is a great option when the kids need to get the wiggles out. Only bad thing is the field is all AstroTurf. So there are bits of green turf everywhere when you come home. Sticks in your soccer pads, pants and more. They have awesome birthday parties too! read more

This review is for the Preschool Open Gym and is a warning to parents. As a soccer facility, the field is covered in AstroTurf. Unfortunately this can be a disaster for little kids as it snarls easily in hair and is very difficult to remove. We went today for the first (and only) time, and left after ~ 30 minutes of play because the AstroTurf strands from the field were covering us. Once home, I spent a horrific 1.5 hours just combing my poor 2 year old's long curly hair trying to get it out. The strands snarled up in her hair and there was an incredible amount tangled in there. There are still chunks of it in there tonight, as I pulled some out as I put her to sleep. I REALLY wish someone would have at least warned us. I would have never thought this could happen in an indoor playspace for little kids, and it was very hard on my little girl to have her hair so snarled. Otherwise it looks like a great place for older kids (anyone who can brush their own incredibly snarled hair!!). read more
