( Which I agreed to although no one was going to be at the house until Saturday to actually use the float). She specifically told me we would "probably" have it through the end of day or even into the next! AWESOME! I pulled strings to make sure someone would be there a day earlier AND to have someone available to open the gate and sign ( I live 1.5 hours away) Day of the party the kids are having a blast and I get a text that Scott will be there to pick it up within the hour. After going back and forth with the office, she tells me most ppl let them know in advance ( after she specifically told me otherwise on Thursday ) and although no one had it rented out the next day if he was already on the Hope Mills side of town it would be too late. After paying $475 to have a float ( $75 of which was the extra delivery fee to hope mills) she called back & COMPLETELY reversed and deflected what she had originally told me about keeping the float longer even after i offered to pay whatever so the kids could continue to enjoy. My cousins stayed from out of town so all our kids could play all evening but that was ruined. The kids were heartbroken, I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone else nor will I ever be spending my money with CFF. Party planning is stressful enough, If you have options PLEASE do your research and choose a company that will keep their word.

I have been in the business of catering & party planning forever in my previous place of residency in Florida. However, after moving to the Sandhills just before the world shut down I was at a disadvantage as to who would be a good caterer. Many people recommended White Rabbit as an established company with a somewhat good reputation. I hired Mr. Fisher to do a "drop-off" as I had hired my own staff of servers and bartender. I had created a menu of Honey-garlic pork tenderloin, ham with pineapple glaze, roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes with garlic and olive oil, green beans almondine and glazed carrots, Caesar salad, rolls and butter and for the kids, chicken fingers and macaroni & cheese. Well, these items were NOT prepared to order for sure. We ended up with only 48 people and 3 kids. The Caesar salad consisted of lettuce and massive amounts of croutons....no parmesan cheese anywhere in sight. I had to run home to my house and get the cheese just prior to opening up the buffet. Next the pork was not made according to the recipe provided to Mr. Fisher and we ran out prior to everyone getting some. The ham was delicious but was sliced paper thin. Next, the green beans almondine were under cooked, with no instructions to my wait staff as to further prep. The glazed carrots were undercooked and NOT sweet glazed at all. And finally, the chicken tenders, meant for kids were not breaded, but grilled, which the kids did not eat. Overall, Mr. Fisher was very nice and appeared to be listening to my requests, but in the end, I would not use this catering company a second time.
