The machines were delivered early and worked great. They even picked them up for me after the event and texted me during the event to make sure everything was okay. They so lighting, sound, and have oh so many things like linens, chairs, plates, glasses, BBQs, chocolate fountain, bars and a million other things. They are mainly photos of peoples back of their heads, people feet, random things. Most photos are off-center, unedited, and most were blurry. We could not find one nice photo out of 100. This is so heartbreaking because its not like an annual even like a birthday party where were can "try again next year". This was a once in a life time moment that will never come again. My husband and my family and I are in disbelief and are so very heartbroken. We let the owner (paul) know who has stopped replying. There has been no solution, no refund, not even an apology. This review is from happier times, when things were normal, and Party Mart was open. This Party Mart in Kanata has a different layout than the other big party stores in Ottawa. They have a costumes section and a party supplies section which are separated by a small walkway, so it's actually like two stores in one. Admittedly, I only go to this location around Halloween to look for more pieces to add to my ever-growing costume collection, because I pretty much hate the Kanata Centrum (with it's weird layout and I try to avoid the complex as much as possible), which is where this Party Mart is located. During Halloween they have a great selection of costumes and accessories. They even have a clearance section with pretty decent prices. Not quite as cheap as Party City, but significantly lower than regular prices. The party supplies section is good and comparable to Party City. Staff are nice. Lots of free parking in the Kanata Centrum parking lot. Now the Kanata Centrum is a huge messed up maze, so Party Mart is near the Dollarama. It's in the same area as Bangkok Buri and Digby's.
