Several times friends of mine have shown up at the office during regular business hours and with no notice it's closed up. Today my wife showed up at 1:55 p.m. it very clearly states on the door that on Fridays they are open until 3:00 p.m. knocked on the door rang the bell three times. No one answered. We decided to call the phone number and see if someone was even inside. An employee suddenly came out of the door and headed to her car and my wife asked her if they were open and she said no we're closed. My wife said I just need to drop some papers off and she was told to fax them. This is unacceptable. If your office hours are posted on your wall that's when you should be open. And you should be available to your clients during those hours. This was a simple drop off of paperwork. This kind of inconvenience makes it unlikely that I will ever recommend anyone to this Law Firm again.

She held my case for approximately 21 months, during which time she repeatedly reassured me that she was committed to pursuing it and would not allow the statute of limitations deadline to become an issue. Based on those assurances, I trusted her to move the case forward appropriately and in a timely manner. However, despite nearly two years of representation, she ultimately chose to drop my case with only about two months remaining before the statute of limitations expired. This left me in an extremely difficult position, with very limited time to secure new representation and protect my legal rights. The most concerning part of this experience was not just the decision to withdraw, but the prolonged period of inaction combined with consistent reassurances that everything was under control. This created a false sense of security and ultimately put my case at serious risk. I understand that attorneys may decide to withdraw from cases for various reasons, but doing so after such a long period-especially so close to a critical legal deadline-demonstrates a lack of professional responsibility and consideration for the client's situation. When I was rear-ended (parked) by a young person, texting and at almost 45 mph, I was concerned, especially given how much worse I felt two days later.
