Had a horrible experience here. Booked a massage with a therapist in the building, she was very…read moreunprofessional, was very scatter brained. She asked for contact information twice, booked an appointment at one time but before then told me she had another appointment at that time so she gave me another time. Later she sent me a confirmation with the original time, when I questioned her she said it was the correct time. She sent another text to see if we were still on for that time, I replied yes. When I got there she was not there, she sent a text asking to push the appointment back an hour.
