The guy this morning arrived 5 mins late, subjected me to a barrage of really invasive questions, inc saying saying of my 6 year old son 'he'll be coming to that awkward fucking age then'. Pulls up at the wrong side of the station and acts like it's a surprise the roadworks are still there after however many months, so I miss my train. I attempted to argue it with him, at least expecting a concession or apology but he denied being late and said it's not his fault there's road works (when I said he could have taken me to the correct side he started to put the car in reverse but I declined as it'd not be quicker than walking). Obnoxious, invasive, late, unapologetic. No wonder you have such a low rating on here. My advice to anyone is stay well away and use JD's...

These are okay but they are always really late and I got sick of booking taxis for them to turn up…read morereally late with no apology. The prices are the most expensive in the area so I was not happy about paying that so I don't use them so much now. The drivers were not unfriendly or anything but just didn't feel as comfortable with them as other taxi firms, something creepy about them I think. Also when you call to book the people who answered the phone were snappy and rude and could not wait to get you off the phone. It makes the whole company look unprofessional.

Recently though the woman taking bookings has been so abusive over the phone, first telling me a driver was stuck in traffic and then five minutes later that he had been outside my house for '7 minutes' when we were actually outside talking to her on a mobile and he was certainly not there at all. My son was late for a job interview despite them reassuring me that morning a driver would be there on time. When he did turn up he was revolting and his attitude and that of the woman on the phone has cost them my future custom, There are other taxi firms in the area, I would consider using any of them before Neasham's. The woman taking bookings needs to remember it's customers that pay her wages and learn to be a little more civil.
