So: no physical exam, no BioTE procedure I had scheduled, $300 out of pocket, a partial refund, a collections referral for money already returned, and silence from the office when I tried to fix it. This is not a clerical mix-up. It is a failure of basic professionalism, and I had to clean up their mistake using their own records.

I know it's common practice to have to wait for your doctor, and in my experience that's been especially true for orthopedists, but this office has been the worst doctor's office experience I've ever had. Over the years--with all the ups and downs, body adjustments, weight gain and loss--I began experiencing intense nerve pain in my lower back and right hip, radiating from my buttocks all the way down to my toes. That's when I learned it had a name: sciatica. For a while, I tried to manage the pain with basic stretches, but last year I decided to get an X-ray--just to be safe. The results were honestly shocking: I was diagnosed with L4-L5 disc degeneration, which was the root cause of all my pain. So I started physical therapy. But in March of this year, after a long trip, things got so much worse. The pain became unbearable, and I knew I had to find another way. That's when my partner suggested I try a chiropractor. I'll be honest--I was skeptical. But thank God I found Dr. Min.
