We,Gale and John C, felt it was the right thing to do write this review to send our thanks for a great job done on our tile floor project. Although this project was revisited twice due to an initial "mis-diagnosis" (with the previous Soil-away regime), Jack took ownership to rectify the basic floor foundation issue and ensure no more tiles would crack.! Jack's demolition team,under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house.His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. I love this company!! Never did I think I would be so excited writing a cleaning company a review! We recently bought a home in Epping and needed to have the carpets and ducts cleaned. I came across Soil-Away and it has been such a wonderful experience since the beginning! Normally I don't like to name drop employees on Yelp but this girl deserves it. Christina was one of the most pleasant and understanding people I have ever dealt with on the phone! She was so kind and personable! She explained everything to me so thoroughly and patiently! She rocks. The carpet cleaning crew were friendly, thorough, and quick! The solo man cleaning our ducts was so entertaining, hardworking and informative! When all was said and done- our carpets looked amazing and smelt great, and our ducts were spotless! I literally can't say enough good things about this company! We moved in to our new home and the carpet was filthy and smelled like cat waste. I called Soil Away and they were able to come out the next day. The two men who came out were right on time. They were so friendly and got right to work. They were efficient and thorough and the carpet came out great! The major soil spots were gone and the odor was non existent. I was so impressed. They left me with some stain fighting liquid (that I've already had to use!) and it worked great. The customer service on the phone was friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent experience! All crews who came into my home to help clean up from Joe and Paul to John to the other two were so nice . How ever I am not sure about their rebuild Dept. It is super had to have 5 kids 3 are disabled and Mike had us remove our radiators to replace our sub floor only for him to cancel and tell me it will be 8 weeks. I am a lot upset . Professional, reliable, flexible, and reasonably priced. Have now used them 2 times for Mold remediation. They not only removed the mold but remediated the cause of the mold. The rebuild on the last remediation was a bit more labor intensive, as we had a few personal requests. This was no problem for our technician, Tim. He took it all in stride and the room looks great. These people referred to me for an emergency cleanup for a roof leak. The thing they did right we showed up quickly, It was all downhill from there. They left the common areas of my office building including the hallways, the entryway and the elevator with debris from the cleanup. They said, don't worry about the billing we will bill your insurance company direct. Being the first one in and having a bill in place, the insurance company approved their bill of $40,000 for about 300 man hours of work. My total insurance claim was limited to $90,000, which left $50,000 to renovate the better part of two 2,200 square-foot offices and do repairs to two others. I sent an email objecting to this outrageous bill and never heard got a response. I would neither use them nor recommend them to anybody ever! I consider this company a complete rip off! Had they at least had the decency to to respond to my email and to take the time to discuss the issue I wouldn't have taken the time to write this review. I just went through mold remediation in my kitchen and bathroom with Soil Away. I must say that the service was outstanding. Dan, who was managing my account did a wonderful job. His response time to my email and phone calls was right on. Dan, worked around our schedule to get the job done and always dept me up to speed with the scheduling of work. The crew of Mike and Matt did a great job as well. They came in and explained what they were doing and how long it would take. They always called me when they were on there way to my house. After they were done I inspected the job and you would not have none mold was even there. They worked very well with my insurance adjuster and I never had to write a check. when called upon to do the final clean-up after a flooded basement, the guys that showed up were very nice and accommodating. The on-site crews that dropped off and retrieved equipment were great. when it came to billing? that's a different story. The billing department was adamant that we sign over the insurance check (made out to us and them)(around $2500) AND give them our $5000 deductible. WHAAT? Several emails later they still were insisting we owed them the deductible. Finally resolving the issue with our insurance rep, he called Soil Away to inform them of the contrary. I then got an apologetic email stating "we didnt know". BS, they deal with insurance companies everyday, they know whats going on. i think they were hoping for someone that was gullible enough to pony up the deductible AND get paid by insurance. Which makes me wonder if they try this scam on everybody else. Review ALL documentation, line by line. compare with your insurance provider before believing you owe them anything different than what your insurance company approves. read more

When I couldn't get Servpro to come out, Soil-Away was quick to respond, they were very polite and efficient and very good about explaining the process of testing and drying two areas in our home that were damaged as a result of ice dams. They recommended a contractor to do the repairs afterwards, unfortunately he is quite busy and my husband can't hold out long enough to wait for him to be able to come out. Here's hoping the other contractor does a good job for us. Soil-Away also took care of issues at my mother's home in Nashua, that was how I got their number, she was also very pleased with their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. read more

We had a leak in our basement and Soil Away was right there to help us, as soon as we called them. The team was courteous, friendly and they even helped me figure out what sump pump I needed to buy to help stop the leak. They went on to set the sump pump up for me when I returned from buying it.
