When we refused to pay more than what was agreed to, he left and took our furniture. Had to get a second moving company to go to his facility and recover the furniture at the originally agreed price. Essentially we paid full price for half a move. During the move he was lazy, forcing the original owner I was buying from to move to couches onto the truck on his own. He was rude, aggressive and attempted to intimidate us, yelling cursing and screaming in the families home including around their children. I would stay away from this company at all costs.

Many wooden furniture pieces were not wrapped at all even though I had blankets provided for them and are now scratched. I had a new leather couch that was not wrapped with anything at all and had all kinds of things stacked on top of it. I brought 2 sectional couches and they did not shrink-wrap or cover them with blankets at all. Many items broke completely in transit due to the way it was loaded on the truck. I wish I could have supervised the loading but I was behind on some of my packing. I had a box where I gave specific directions not to pack anything on top of it, and it was labeled as such as well, but it was at the bottom of a large stack of boxes. There are many expensive items I will now need to replace. Do not hire them if you can't watch them load anything.
