ILLEGALLY BLONDE So on 01/30/20 I had the worst hair experience of my entire life! 1. I sit in Tori's chair and explain what I would like and she says she has never done a balayage and needs to contact a consultant by phone. As she starts, she complains about how my previous stylist didn't follow a pattern and she was going to have to "fix it". There was nothing wrong with it, and it was quite healthy. 2. She asked me all these questions. What bleach do I usually have put on my hair, how long does it process, am I placed under a dryer, on and on. I tell her I'm never put under a dryer and I lift quickly. Well I'm soon told no, I don't lift, AND not only am I placed under a dryer, but In sections - she drys with a blow dryer-strange . She takes foils out and immediately begins apologizing and saying "don't worry we'll fix it". She rinses it, tones it and still... apologizes a thousand times "I'll fix it, I'll fix it, this has never happened before". I felt so bad for her I blamed my own hair at one point and said maybe it's the minerals in my well water? She said "you know what? Your hair needs to rest you need to come back, do you work tomorrow?" I said yes. She said to come back at 5:30 and I agreed. She told me not to pay until she corrected it, because she wanted to make it right. Of course I agreed to that!!!!!! The next morning at 0945 she called and left a message, I was at work so I texted and asked if I could call on my lunch break and she agreed. She said she shared her space with another stylist and that person had a client at the time she had scheduled me, she asked if we could schedule another night and that would give my hair a longer time to rest? I asked how Thursday would be, she agreed. By that time (Thursday) I felt scummy, I went for 2nd opinion and was advised not to touch my hair at all, not to let anyone touch it. Let my hair rest and do a deep conditioning. Of course I gained trust in this person as this person asked for nothing, no money, no appointment, nothing. REST MY HAIR!!! I told Tori I wasn't coming back, that I would pay for her supplies used and asked how much that would be, she said $160.00. I DON'T pay that much when I LOVE my hair!! Oh but that's right, she was "fixing"my last stylist's (from So Cal) botch job. $160.00 yeah, NO!!! Now she has plastered me all over Facebook, my address, full name and photos, who does that?!??? I have more pictures and her "Sorry, you don't have to pay" voicemails btw! So she can take down my picture leave it up I don't care I have the truth!!! End of story!!! read more

Don't go to this salon, if you do really make sure to check the hair dressers previous work, I had Melyssa Descovich do my hair and I asked for grey, she dyed it blue and when I politely asked for a refund she refused and made a big scene about it. Really unprofessional. She also sent me to the bank with dye in my hair and a towel on my head to get cash because she dosent accept credit cards, which she failed to mention until I got there. She also didn't dry or style my hair because she had to leave before ulta beauty closed because they were holding products for her. Very unhappy with my whole experience. read more

Such a sad story. 16 years of doing hair and a loyal client base only to set up the one appointment with the wrong person. Though this has been blasted all over the Internet by Ally, it has actually brought me a lot of business which I have been thankful for. This extensive color was done in stages and this was stage three of a four stage process. The last stage would have made the hair the silver color desired. All of this was explained to her, but when she got into a financial bind this young lady resorted to black mail to try and get her money back so she could pay a fee she was unexpectedly charged. "Give me my money back or I will destroy your business" is not a way I work. I empathize with unexpected bills, I have had them myself. I do appreciate the press though, people come from all over the state now to get both blue and silver hair so the boost in business has been much appreciated! Ally, I sure hope your move went well and your financial situation has become balanced and you are living happily where you have planted. I wish nothing but success for you and pray that some day you look back at this situation and it inspires you to focus on spending your energy in light and love. When you try to destroy other people, you wind up destroying yourself and it really changes your soul. You are a young, beautiful lady that deserves to live in world of love and kindness. read more
