Solana Winchester Hills is hands down the best apartment and townhome community in Temecula, in my opinion. My wife and I truly love living here. The amenities are top tier. I shoot pool almost every day, and one of our favorite things to do is have date nights by the pool--watching TV together and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It's one of the many things that makes this place feel like home. The community is also the cleanest apartment complex I've ever lived in. The grounds are always well maintained, and the porters do an outstanding job keeping everything spotless. What really makes Solana Winchester Hills stand out is the management team. Everyone is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Robyn, Jessica, Rodger, and Issiac consistently go above and beyond, and it shows in the way this community is run. The fitness center is as state-of-the-art as it gets, and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better gym in the city. I toured Solana Winchester Hills late Sunday afternoon, I was warmly greeted by Isaac & his coworker, though it was close to the leasing office closing time Isaac still took his time explaining all the amenities of the property and took us on a tour of multiple units. I was so impressed by the units I requested to see every floor plan that was available. Isaac patiently waited as I visualized which apartment would suit my furniture & lifestyle best, he was very helpful in pointing out details and pros & cons of each unit based on what I told him I was looking for in an apartment. My mom and I toured this place this past Sunday and I have to say I loved it from the moment we stepped into the lobby. It definitely gave me hotel resort vibes and not just an apartment! The amenities they offer are beyond what I could have imagined, and lets just talk about that pool with the barbecue, pizza ovens and tv! a staycation for sure! when we arrived, we were greeted by Isaac with a friendly smile and a great sense of humor! Not only was he extremely informative about everything answering our questions etc, he also made my mom and I laugh which to me is very important! it shows how personable he is and wants to get to know the potential future residents. Im unsure of the bad reviews on here but I moved in about two months ago and have to say this place is pretty peaceful. I work from home all day long Monday thru Friday and have never seen anything out of the ordinary nor have I had issues with the staff. They have been great from the start especially Roger and Isaac both. They both aknowledge when I come in simply to just do my own stuff (office wise) and go out of there way to ask if everything is going ok where my apartment is located.
