There was no attention to detail. The quality was poor and distasteful. I would not recommend this nail salon or go back. My tech was rude , and clearly saw she had messed up on my toes but chose to left it until I told her that was terrible and I wanted it fixed. There was no pride taken in the work. You know it's bad when I get yelp just for this reason! I went in for a ombré set (by appointment) and was told I'd have to remove my current nails, and to my last knowledge you usually do what the paying customer wants instead of throwing a fit because it may take longer. So I changed it to a basic white refill on both my nails and toes and if you get both done regularly you know to have a clear schedule because it can take long. When I tell you "Lien" was so aggressive and only spent a hour on both nails and toes. They turned out horrible, my nails are not shaped even and Lien did not even take the time to remove the red polish previously on my toes so now it looks like white with an outline of red. I went in today to get my nails done I said a refill and color change the price on the wall said $35 but usually it's $40-$45 and I'm ok with that my mom did the same thing as me and hers was $40 but mine were $50 I asked the lady to do this (image below of what I wanted) and she said ok the black turned out really bad and she couldn't even do the white line I left upset because these would be my vacation nails I Decided to go back two hours later and have someone try again there but they gave me the same lady when I told her I really wanted the white line she told me it would be extra after already up charging me I had never had any issues before but I left very upset and hurt because she was very rude and asking what was wrong with them the first time she rushed through my nails and they were thick on the sides uneven and left with them being uneven and and thick and just overall sloppy her name was Lanh read more

Came in at 9:00 Monday morning. The manager and attendant were cleaning. The manager was very rude. I did not leave a tip because of her rudeness. I always had a good experience here but today was very disappointing. read more

I just came in and got my nails done by Lein. She was rude and aggressive with my hands. I asked for almond French. There are bubbles in the paint, she rushed, the French is different on each nail, some are even "boxy", I have a crooked nail, she never cleaned up my cuticles or the sides of my nails & the acrylic is thick. When I mentioned thick acrylic she told me "no it's not". I just left there and I am already on my way to another salon to get it fixed. read more

Made an appointment for 11:30 for a mani/pedi. Arrived on time but soaked my feet for 45 minutes before someone actually started working on them. Had to skip the mani because I ran out of time. The quality was ok. You get what you pay for - a $25 pedi. Probably won't go back. read more
