the guy who did my nails really tore up my fingers and cut me plus when he was filing them down it literally felt like he was ripping my fingers off. my nails come out nothing like i wanted them to as well as nothing like the picture i provided and the gel polish started coming off. the gems i wanted on my nails are crooked and nothing like what i wanted and the artist asked "how long do you want these gems to stay on" i said 2 weeks because that is the average time frame for a set of nails he then replied with "they won't stay on for that long" but then continued to charge me for them. the only thing that made the place worth going into was one of the artists doing a pedicure on another customer. the vibes were off and the person doing my nails didn't look or speak to me once. when i went to pay they charged me for "extra services" which wasent in the price list and when i went to leave i tipped him 2 dollars which was generous for the way the appointment went and the woman checking me out went "do you mean 20 or more" which wasent a big issue but i could already hear them talking about me as i was walking out the door. read more

A really good nail salon, with good hospitality & services, not sure for the previous management, but seems to changed significantly under new management from the beginning of 2024. Love the vibe of the salon, spacious and relaxing, almost cozy. Definitely recommended. read more

Staff is nice, but my manicure was not as perfect as I'd like for it to be. The lady I had cut my finger and didn't fill my whole nail. It wasn't expensive so it's not a huge deal but service could have been much better. read more

Not a fan of this place. I just got a pedicure here and literally have been insulted multiple times about how chipped and messed up the polish on my toes was.. Why do you think I'm here? Also, the employees tend to eye roll when clientele walks in because they have to stop streaming videos from their smartphones.. Not very professional if you ask me. read more

I went in today to get my acrylic nails removed. I was prepared to soak my nails in acetone which is the way they are supposed to be removed. When I walked in 2 employees were lounging on the couches in the waiting area. One of them was completely laying down playing a game on his phone. The other was also playing on her phone. I told the man who greeted me (who was at a table doing someone's nails) that I wanted my nails removed as my friend and I have plans to get Dip powder nails the next day. The two employees on the couches seemed to argue in another language about who would do my removal. The girl lost the argument. Then she proceeded to force a plastic nail tip between my natural nail and the acrylic!!!! That's right she tore off god knows how many layers of my nails by ripping off my acrylic nails!!! There have been other occasions when I came in a 5:45pm and the rushed to get my nails done while their children run around screaming. They rush and do a crap job so they can leave before 6:30pm fearing someone will come in at the last minute before they close at 7pm. Don't go here. read more

Terrible service. Insanely rough on your nails. I typically get acrylic nails and they drill them too hard. Very limited color selection. The older bald man was doing my nails the other day and he kept slapping my fingers with the nail file.
