A R & C was just that company, very knowledgeable and professional. They helped get the problem resolved and had to deal with AHS a couple of times. Charles was my technician that was sent out. Very nice guy, and with the reviews of this company elsewhere I can see why they had a very high rating. We had our air serviced by on time for a yearly tuneup and stated a part was bad on our air conditioning inside. So since we have the home warranty we figure we already pay for this repair and called them. And Charles stated the repair was only about 320 when the on time guy said 600-1300 for the repair... not saying on time folks are wrong... it glad Charlie got us fixed once the part came in. Great work Charlie and continue to make A R & C a great company to great service!!

So, this is a family owned business--mom and dad do the books; the son does repairs (with help). Mom answers the office line and is super cheerful, dad is hilarious and really kind. Chance, the son, knows his stuff when it comes to gates. We knew that our gate--which was installed by previous homeowners--wasn't great, but Chance gave us details on how to "reboot" it on our own, along with helpful tips to extend the life of the setup. I found their prices more than reasonable for a service call, as well. Again, small business, so your mileage may vary if you need something major done. However, they are more than competent and kind.

Remember that 10 degree day we had this past winter? My 30 year old Trane gave up the ghost the day before. Called mccutcheon, they had a unit sitting on a trailer in my yard by the time I got home from work, and had it installed by about noon the next day, which included some additional work installing a new thermostat and running a new floor register. All working mostly outside on the coldest day we've had in years! They weren't the lowest estimate I got (not the highest either), but everyone I know who'd dealt with them was happy and they carried Trane. If my old unit lasted 30 years I sure wasn't going to replace it with a different brand! Good folks. I don't have any regrets about my experience with them.
