The first spray was great I didn't see no activity but they still came bat 15 days later to do another treatment. Now I hired them for monthly services. The biggest issues were professionalism and care of the unit. On one visit, the technician made statements implying I was the source of the bed bugs that I "brought them in." Regardless of cause, that kind of blame felt inappropriate and unhelpful, especially when the problem appears broader than one unit. On the most recent visits, my apartment was left in worse condition than before the room was left heavily disturbed, there was noticeable residue left behind, and afterward I observed damage that was not present prior to service window covering, curtain damage and new scratches scuffs on my wood floors and furniture. This was a stressful experience, and I expected better care and communication especially after repeated visits. Because of the repeated issues, the condition my unit was left in, and the way the situation was handled, I would not recommend this company.

I wish I could give them a 5, but I can't. The morning of the fumigation, we asked the person if we could walk him through the house and he said, "No, most people just leave the keys." When we returned, it appeared that they did a really good job. HOWEVER, one of my rings was missing. I won't go into all the details, but I absolutely know that guy took it. I filed a police report, but ultimately the guy denied taking it. Words to the wise: If you contact a company, make sure you know if they are subbing out the work to another company. Also, INSIST on doing a walk through with them and be present when they leave the property. AND take your valuables to a safe place. The instructions talked about tying up your food, but did not mention anything about taking your valuables with you. And the way they talk made me feel like the idiot for even suggesting that we do a walk through. I should not have trusted them as much as I did. It never dawned on me that someone would jeopardize the integrity of their company by stealing from their customers.
