Lunch was just delightful - we had the tarte flambee with sour cream, goat cheese, apples, and onions, and the Swiss fish of the day with vegetables. Both were delicious. We sat in the front room (the 'view' room) and had a lovely view of the river and the rowers out practicing. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und heimelig, wenn auch in der Nacht etwas warm und stickig. Die Seminarräumlichkeiten (z.B. In einem alten Schulhaus, wie cool ist das denn?) bieten alles notwendige und tragen mit ihrem Charme zum Erfolg bei. Der Küche gilt ganz spezielles Lob. Man achtet auf die lokale Herkunft der Zutaten, die Frische merkt man den Menüs an, ebenso die Liebe die ins Kochen gesteckt wird. Es gibt hier keine Fernseher, darum ist man am Abend mal gezwungen sich mit seinen Kollegen Seminarteilnehmern auseinanderzusetzen anstatt in die Glotze zu schauen!
