I had to pay £500.00 for a call out at night to open my flat door! On the phone I was told that the…read morecost would be £120.00 plus any materials cost. Here's what I ended up having to pay for: 1) Opening door (x 2 locks) - £240.00 2) Euro cylinder lock - £170.00 3) Rim cylinder - £150.00 And I was told this AFTER my door was drilled and locks replaced. I didn't think of asking him as I trusted that this company wouldn't use an emergency situation to their advantage. But of course in an unregulated industry they apparently can do whatever they like.
