The Swiss have a way of making what could have been a 5 star experience a 3 star one. The website…read morehas all the typical info of prices, packages, address, etc. but I couldn't find details. I arrived with as much "stuff" as I thought I would need, toiletries, figuring I could shower after, blow dryer just in case they didnt have one, etc....well here goes my review. Pay and get a little electronic bracelet that allows you to enter what you have paid for. In addition, it allows you to have a locker and lock up your stuff. Silly me, I figured I could rent a towel there however, there was no towel in sight, so lesson learned. Everyone is required to shower before entering and the pool is nice, warm, bubbly, wasn't crowded ( I was there on a Tuesday)...we also entered the Japanese bath which was even warmer and even less crowded. Also near there is another whirlpool, also outside, probably just as warm but I didnt try it out. Nor did I try out the sauna since some guy walked out completely nude and it was enough of s shock to me that I didnt need to see what was waiting inside the sauna. My other issue is that there is no proper shower to get naked and shower in afterwards. After this I would have liked to, however all I could do was wash my hair in the communal shower in my bathing suit....the hair dyer I brought, French plug..forgot the Swiss adapter so I had to use their dryers....I have felt hand dryers stronger than these so it took a while to dry my hair and finally get out. I will try some other thermal spas before I go back to this one,, however, if I go back I will be more prepared. Towels , adapter......

It took numerous emails and calls to finally get a reply and their promise to have a rapid refund. Unfortunately, still no refund.
