I recently rented an apartment through Michael, and I couldn't ask for a better experience! Unlike many other brokers I've met with in the past, he didn't rush me in and out of the apartment, and he certainly didn't put any pressure on me to make an immediate or uninformed decision. Rather than push me to take a rental that wasn't right for me, I felt that he really cared about what I was looking for, no matter how specific it was. While other brokers tend to call you up constantly and persuade you to go look at all of their listings, Michael narrowed the search down based on what I had asked for, and was happy to work around my schedule. He was also knowledgeable about the area and the general price range of other rentals on the market, which is always helpful when you're comparing apartments and trying to chose the right one. When I decided to put a deposit down on an apartment he had shown me, I was confident that I was making the right decision.
