If it was that serious, I'd have remembered it. I do not yell, I do not pick things up and toss them around...and I do not lose my temper in public. Whatever they think happened was possibly a case of mixing up patients and files. This is extremely unprofessional behavior on the part of a health care facility. I've since then called and tried making another appointment and they told me that because I did a no show, that I can't be seen. The only way to be seen is to pay a $100 cancellation fee. I don't even want to be seen by this no good dentist anymore. I wouldn't trust him to do anything on me. He's a scammer trying to extort people for money. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
