The communication was so good. They texted me the night before and were exited to do my project. They were on time. I was home. Didn't even know they were here as I was working in my office. They didn't interrupt me (but they totally could have) during my work time. They had a full crew here. I supplied the bark and edging. Went out to see if they needed anything. They didn't. They were all smiling and so friendly. Then, got a call saying they were done and invited me to come out and see everything. The super nice girl, (professionally dressed in a work uniform) literally took me around and showed me the amazing DRIP system and showed me ALL PLANTS where getting water. They set the timer and even moved my valve box to a different location (my bad, I sprung a last minute glitch in the plan) and had the valve box set up nice so no critters could get in etc. They cleaned up so nicely can't even tell they were here. They are my 3rd try at using Yelp. I've actually saved them in my contacts as "The only irrigation to use ever" in my phone. Trust me.. no regrets. I am satisfied. No worries going with these guys for DRIP, valve box stuff, weedblock install, and lawn edging. Did see a sample of a water fall feature. Was insane with a miniature golf course around it. Dave, owner ofPederson's LLC PLUMMING came out last night to check on our leaking hot water tank. We discussed the needs and he gave me a quote. He was going to return in the morning at 9:00 to install it. He also told me the cost and informed we can make two monthly payments if we wanted to. The next morning our doorbell rang at 8:00. I did not see Dave but there were three other at the door along with two large service trucks. I told them they were an hour early and one of them said they were able to get here an hour early. By 9:00 or so they were done. A little while later Dave, who was here last night said another company found out and jumped ahead of Dave and (in my words) literly stole the job from Dave. This other company misrepresented themselves and interestingly never gave us a price. Later Dave showed up to apologize what happened. In essence the other company misrepresented it self which can be construed as fraud and mis-representation. I would think the contractors board would take an interest in this.
