I prepaid for a…read morefull year of fertilization as well as soil samples, sulphuric treatments and fungicide treatments. The lawn looked great in the spring but started to suffer from the prolonged hot summer dry period. The lawn developed multiple dead patches and fungus. I did have fungicide treatments done in the Spring, but these didn't fully stop the dead patches. Lawn Doctor promptly came to my house to inspect the condition of the lawn and said that the lawn needed an aeration and overseeding service to fix the dead patches. Given the investment I had already made in fungicide treatments, they are doing both services at no additional cost. I do appreciate them being responsive and making this right with me and I am not sure many other lawn service companies would necessarily do that.

He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.
