Considering we had to delay the project due to covid, Steve and his crew did a FANTASTIC job in spite of backups due to shortages, etc. I personally have a wealth of experience (having bought, built, and sold numerous properties) in dealing with contractors (and subs) over the years, but I must say Steve made the process as smooth as possible. His communication is what made the project, you can almost say pleasurable. Although there were a couple of issues that were overlooked in quoting, Steve stuck to his original estimate without adding to the cost. His companies workmanship is fantastic. I know my comments might seem a bit over-the-top, but in that area, when trying to find contractors who will return your calls promptly, give you great workmanship, and finish the job in a timely manner, its worth every minute of my time. read more

I would like to highly recommend Sollenne Homes to anyone who is looking to build a house or make major additions. We started our project in 2019 when we drove around WLE discussing why we would like to build over purchasing. We were lucky to find a perfect piece of land November 2019. Beth Derrick at Chant Reality was awesome in helping us close on the property quickly. December 2019 we started to work on the plans for the new home February 2020 we broke ground with clearing the land; then unfortunately COVID hit. May 2020 our project resumed. Steve was awesome to work with returning calls, keeping myself up to date on status and every time I checked out the house the build site was very neat and clean. Thus even while building the house we were able to do cook outs on the deck to use the great amenities at WLE. October 2020 the house completed and was better than ever expected. The house is perfect. We really enjoyed working with Steve and his team so much that in December 2021 we started to discuss building a garage on the site. March 2022 we went to contract and while there were supply disruption we completed the project October 2022. Again Steve and his team kept us up to date with status with perfect communications. We love the whole house and the garage project. Every time we use the house my wife and children still cannot believe we built our dream home. After retiring my husband and I decided to remodel and add on to our 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation home to accommodate our growing family and entertain friends. We contacted Steve Sollenne and met with him less than a week late. We exchanged ideas, agreed on a design and signed the contract. He offered many wonderful suggestions and was extremely easy to work with. We picked the tile, paint colors, fixtures, cabinets and appliances, Steve and his crew did the rest. He kept us updated on the progress and returned all calls/texts/emails within a day. He and with workers were always polite and professional. We couldn't be happier with results and wouldn't change a thing! I was disgusted by his attitude and did not do business with them due to the way they represent themselves. My Parents had been scammed by a "Fly by Night" roofing company and out of quite a bit of money. There was barely any work done on their roof in a 2 week period. Needless to say we fired them and quickly found Steve at Sollenne Homes. Due to their high ratings and reviews i decided to call. Steve and his Son Justin came out that day and because of their professionalism, concern for what happened to my Parents and their presentation we hired them on the spot. Steve and his Company had the new roof on and job site cleaned up within 3 days. I also had all the invoices and warranties emailed to me promptly. My family and i were so impressed with the quality of the roof and the way everything was handled from start to finish that we had him build a ramp in my Parents garage, which turned out just perfect.
