I was feeling anxious and depressed for some time and I did not really know how to deal it with it. A friend of mine recommended that I try hypnotherapy. I was quite skeptical about this and was disillusioned of how it could help me. I began researching to get a deeper feel of what hypnotherapy was all about and how it could help me, after some time researching I decided to try it anyway because at that point there was nothing to lose. It felt as if I were talking to a friend, she was very easy to talk to, she had a great sense of humor, all these combined made me feel relaxed, comfortable and ready to tackle my issue with the guidance of Masha. The hypnosis session was very calming, relaxing and definitely pulled me away from my anxieties. It felt as if they were just a cloud in the sky and with the guidance of Masha and the tremendous positive energy it felt as if this once dark cloud was dissipating to relieve the beautiful blue sky of myself. I must say it was something that I have never experienced before. That day I felt amazing, light, happy, joyous with not even one ounce of anxiety and depression. I am a fitness competitor. In order to do a bikini fitness competition I had to eat certain foods e.g. chicken breast, salmon, brown rice. And I hate all the above mentioned foods with all my heart. I'm not good at writing reviews but Masha & Solo Hypnosis deserve the attempt. If you are not a believer in hypnosis, you are probably misinformed and you owe it to yourself to make an educated opinion. If this is you, you've come to the right spot. If you already know, well you've found yourself a great place too. I know a lot of people out there are skeptical about hypnosis or hypnotherapy. I was one of them too before I met Masha. FYI, I did a lot of research before making the final decision to seek a hypnotherapist. I've had two sessions with Masha so far. These two sessions really made me feel relaxed and calm both emotionally and physically. I could never imagine myself being so relaxed and peaceful in the middle of Los Angeles! Working with Masha was a pleasure. Being very new to treatment like this she told me what we would do and why. She explained the process completely, from the misconception of hypnosis to the science of it and even the importance and connection with nutrition (for my particular matter anyway). The understanding from the start allowed me to be naturally receptive. Her confidence in her abilities, the methods she uses and her relaxed persona instantly transferred to me and helped me fall right into session. You know genuine when you see it. I`m absolutely happy with the results of my hypnotherapy for weight loss sessions at Solo Hypnosis. First of all I felt empowered after the first session. After the hypnotherapist gave me suggestions in hypnosis my metabolism speeded up and even before changing eating habits I noticed that my clothes fit loose. Then we developed a program on changing the habits. Masha at Solo Hypnosis also gave me nutritional advice to help my weight issues and health in general. So after that we started working on making healthy eating pleasurable for me. She also helped me with sugar addiction and I don`t even crave pastry and sugary products anymore. With this new diet, I have so much energy now that I feel excited to go to the gym, which she also suggested me in hypnosis since I asked for it. Fitness never was my cup of tea, but after the hypnotherapy I enjoy working out. Masha said that before I didn`t want to work out because I didn`t have enough energy due to unhealthy eating and now my body feels lighter and produces more energy, so I`m really looking forward to going to the gym. I was lucky enough to go to Masha's Solo Hypnosis sessions. I'm a skeptical person by nature and even though I came open to try something new, my logical side of the brain had already the defenses up. It didn't take long for that to go away. I understand now hypnotherapy is an amazing tool to reach goals quicker than with other therapies and that is not "hocus-pocus", but a serious way of therapy. I've been working with Masha for the last few months now and I can definitely notice the changes that came into my life. Hypnotherapy is a gentle way of accessing our subconscious mindand you may not notice the changes right away, although you will feel more relaxed and calm. But also over time you will notice that your habits change, that you are not as stressed out about the small things and that you act differently in certain situations in which you were challenged before. For example, I used to be a little unsure about how to conduct myself with the opposite sex, I wasn't exactly in my own skin when it came to my sexuality. And now I am very comfortable with myself. My work takes a lot of concentration, but after a few hours it is hard to be focused especially when you work with a lot of numbers. When I was loosing focus I had to redo or double check my work, so I decided to try hypnosis to become more productive. Masha asked me a few questions about my job and eating habits. She also gave me a nutritional advise that will help my brain to stay at the pic of its abilities all day and then we started hypnosis session. It was a very relaxing process. Masha's voice and unusual accent immediately takes you to a different reality. I could hear and remember everything she was saying even though I felt very relaxed, almost falling asleep but still present in the moment. It was an interesting feeing. I imagined that hypnotherapy would be similar to stage hypnosis and was kind of anxious about it, but it actually was very different. I didn't have to do anything other then relax and listen. I started getting sleep problems since I joined my family business. Every night going to bed, I though what I could improve in the business or how to fix this and that. And I actually liked that quite time when I could rest and think about our business. But overtime I noticed that this sleeping problem greatly affected my health and energy levels throughout the day.
