He doesn't make you feel like your a client, makes you feel like all he cares about is the money. Not an aggressive lawyer who is actually representing you, lets the prosecutor and judge walk all over him and he just doesn't fight hard enough when people's lives are at stake.

Why assume that if they decline your case, it means you will not pay? I reported my experience back to the law firm that referred me, so maybe the cash before eating policy is a bad idea.
